All of the staff has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciate the fine-tuning they have been doing as I get accustomed to wearing hearing aids, and their troubleshooting suggestions to make sure everything is working as it should. They listen and are responsive to my questions and concerns. This is especially important to me as I am a musician and music teacher and have some very specific hearing needs, which they have been able to accommodate. I have been very pleased with my experience at Geneva Hearing Services.

I first went to Geneva Hearing Services when I was having trouble with my hearing. My family members repeatedly encouraged me to have my hearing tested because I would miss portions of conversation, or frequently ask them to repeat what they said. I've had tinnitus for most of my life. This is compounded by having worked in the fire service for over 30 years with sirens blaring multiple times every shift day; and working as a ********* over 40 years enduring the noise of power tools. My hearing tests confirmed some deficit. I was convinced that I would do better with hearing aids. Geneva Hearing set me up with the appropriate devices with adjustable settings for comfort in various situations. The audiologist and staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They explain everything. It"s a great practice with extremely qualified professionals.Geneva Hearing Services

*** and ***** both explained the anatomy of the ear and how hearing may be affected. They explained how hearing aids help with the hearing process. They were both very professional and personable. We liked how they explained the follow-up appointments once the hearing aid is installed to help make sure the aids work and fit.Geneva Hearing Services
