    Charles Tuggle was paid to put windows in my house. I believed he did a good job from what I thought. Unfortunately I trusted him to follow up because he said he would be available. He completed job but didn’t provide receipt of paid so I asked if he could provide to me but he didn’t after several attempts and he didn’t provide me warranty info on window he purchased after several attempts when he told me he would. I told him I had a issue with a window. He never followed up. Stop answering calls.

    Charles Tuggle was paid 10250.00 to remodel my house and shed on 10/22/2022 work did not start until Nov. the work was not done on agree timing and the work was not done correctly. I tried several time to ask him to come and fix the mistake. My ladder was stolen.I
    I would like for him to fix the problems and return my ladder or refund some of my money so I can get some one else to fix the problem. Thank you
