    This man is a scammer. He scammed my elderly mother and even stole items from her! Do not use him

    We hired Charles Tuggle to remodel our bathroom and put new siding on our house. We paid him $1700 in December to lock in our pricing, paid him for all the materials, all in all we paid him over $16,000 total and the bathroom was not done correctly, he started taking our siding off and putting pink insulation stuff on our house in February. By April our house was still pink and no siding. When we asked where the materials were he just said they are all paid for and waiting to be picked up. By May he wouldn’t answer texts or calls so we did the only thing we could do , we hired someone else and sent Tuggle a letter explaining how mu he owed us in refund. This all happened in 2023, now it is August 2023 and we still have no refund. We are now looking for attorneys to take him to court. For anyone reading this please do not hire him. We have learned he has done this to 3 other families just this year.
