  Prime dumpster It's one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with they lie how ordered a dumpster on Friday was supposed to be delivered Monday this is Thursday and the dumpster still has not been delivered but but they have taken my money out of my bank account for it and keep telling me it will be here every day and it never shows up they told me they were a local company not a broker as they are a broker

  DO NOT USE PRIME DUMPSTER! Like many others who have posted complaints on this page, Prime Dumpster made unauthorized, and in my opinion, fraudulent charges on my debit card. I contacted Prime Dumpster in February to deliver a dumpster to my location in *****************, *******. I prepaid the fee of $838 and received an invoice stating that my rental was paid in full. The dumpster was returned before the rental period expired, and I never received a subsequent invoice, however, additional charges of $2,609 were placed against my debit card. The unauthorized charges occurred as follows: $889 by Prime Dumpster (I was never given an explanation as to why this charge was $55 greater than the amount of the invoice.) and an unexplained extra charge for $2,554. To make matters worse, charges of $2,304.52 were imposed on a second debit card with no additional authorization or reason for extra charges. I only provided a second debit card number to avoid delay because Prime Dumpster told me the initial card number provided was not authorizing payment. It was never my intention to authorize charges against both cards. Although I ultimately protested these charges with my bank and attempted to have them reversed, the bank was able to reverse only the charges against the second debit card because I did have an initial contractual relationship with Prime Dumpster based on the original invoice. So I am still out an extra $2,609 ($55 initial overcharge of invoice amount and $2,554 unexplained extra charge. The bank said I wouldve had more protection if I had used a credit card instead of a debit card. Finally, Prime Dumpsters local representative was not only unhelpful, but hostile and unprofessional. Prime Dumpster has made no further effort to resolve the matter. I would appreciate an explanation and a refund for the over charged amount.

  I ordered a deluxe restroom trailer through another company and was not told that they were just a third party broker for Prime Dumpster. When the trailer arrived, it was not what I ordered, it was not like the photos on the website at all. Instead of working with me at all and trying to create a good business relationship with us and get us what we asked for (we were even willing to pay a difference in price) they said tough luck you get what you get. Either you use it and pay for it or you refuse it and still pay for it. Worst experience ever.

  I called and was quoted a price for a 10 yard dumpster. I paid and next day invoice was emailed to me. Not 20 minutes after signing invoice, I was called and told the customer service *** had told me the wrong amount and it would be twice as much. I immediately said no and asked for my money back. DO NOT trust this company.

  I called to rent a Porta Potty for a Party. I told them the address and when they got there to call on my cell phone so i could tell them where to put it. They did not call my cell phone and left the Porta potty not where we wanted it. I called and complained and they said for ****** they would move it. I am extremely mad at their service and will never rent from them again. Very poor custormer service. Do not rent from them!!!

  Terrible customer service. We rented a ******************** from them, and they got it delivered to the site on time but when I called to have it picked up no one answered so I left a message. I didn't think anything about it, I never got a callback, so I assumed they went and picked it up. 2 weeks later I found out that the dumpster was still on the site. I called and left a voice mail and sent an email. The person that I emailed with said yep sorry you didn't leave me a VM 2 weeks ago. I said fine whatever, but the dumpster needs to be picked up. No response. I emailed 2 days later to verify that the dumpster was picked up, nope it was not. They finally called me and informed me that they would be charging me for the extra days that the dumpster was onsite. I said no you're not because I called and left a message on day 6 letting, the guy know that he could pick up the dumpster. They said they would look into it. This morning, we have a charge on our company CC for having the dumpster for more than 7 days. We will never use them again.

  28 days and no CLEANING. Knowing we are a SCHOOL when they dropped it off and as an excuse lets try to clean it when the students are outside?Never got calls back but really good to give me excuses over email (COWARDS). Imagine a s****** that has not been cleaned in 28 days at a school.Then they come and pick it up at 7:00 PM and STEAL one of our basketball students expensive backpack and thier phone. Leave all thier books and papers neatly in a corner. The phone was tracked to the yard of drop off. But Prime Dumpster says the driver didn't take the backpack. I wonder how the phone got all the way to your PRIME DUMPSTER YARD???BAD ENOUGH NO SERVICE AS SAID... AND STEAL A CHILDS BACKPACK AND PHONE!!!!

  Prime dumpster, added a $25 fee for delivering a dumpster as a gas surcharge due to the location (after we discussed zip code) I paid $500 plus the $25 fee a week before the scheduled rental. The day before the agreed delivery they added a $100 fee for no other reason than "they had the right to!" Never schedule or rent from this deceptive business
