    On 5-13-25, I called the local (NC) affiliate of Prime Dumpster to rent a 10 yard dumpster for one week. I spoke with Yesi, who charged my credit card for $551 for one week's fee and had the dumpster delivered the next day. I talked with her and made it clear that it should be picked up the next week. We moved from that location two days later. On 6-20-25, I received a call from ***** who asked me if I wanted to have the dumpster picked up. I told her very clearly that it was supposed to have been moved after one week and to get it picked up. Our house was being shown to prospective buyers. Also, my bank contacted me asking if I had authorized a deduction of $625.73 from my credit card. I had not and reported it as fraud and froze the account. Later that day I received an email from ****** asking for me to pay an invoice I had not seen until that moment, that the credit card had been declined. I hadn't authorized her to debit my credit card. I had no invoice until she wrote the email. I still have no idea why I was being charged $625.73. I responded that I had already paid $551.00 and would pay the difference of $76.73, in the event that the contents of the dumpster were over the standard weight limit. I tried paying through the link ****** sent, and it did not work, so I wrote a check and called Prime Dumpster in ********, IL to get precise address information. I put it in the mail at the post office. Today, 6-27-25, I received a call with a message from ********* saying I needed to pay the invoice. I tried to call her back, but couldn't reach her and spoke with a customer service representative who said it was being turned over to a collection agency. I should not be required to pay for Prime Dumpster's mistake. I made it clear that the dumpster was to be picked up after one week and prepaid for one week's rental at $551. I want Prime Dumpster to cease and desist from contacting me via telephone, text, or email and to offset this fictitious charge.

    Heres a breakdown of the situation as weve reviewed it:
    Initial Rental: On May 13, 2025, our records show that a 10-yard dumpster was rented for delivery to **********, **, and payment of $551 was successfully processed. This rental included one week of use, plus delivery and a weight allowance.

    Pickup Request: We understand that you mentioned the dumpster should be removed after one week. However, we did not receive a formal request for pickup until June 20, 2025. As noted in our terms of service, we do not automatically schedule removals without a confirmed request, as many customers extend their rental periods.

    Second Charge: The additional charge of $625.73 was issued based on extended rental time and overage weight beyond the included allowance. The invoice was generated accordingly and emailed once the charges were calculated. The attempt to process the card on file failed, and follow-up communication was initiated.

    Payment Attempts: We understand you attempted to pay the overage via check after encountering issues with the online link. Once received and processed, the payment will be applied to your account.

    Communication: Our team followed up in line with standard procedures regarding unpaid invoices. Your request to cease further contact has been noted, and your account has been updated accordingly.

    I am rejecting this response because: I paid for one week of dumpster usage in advance and made it clear that I only needed one week. The company should not "assume" that I wanted to keep it longer. I paid for one week and paid for the weight overage. I will not pay for their delay in picking up the dumpster. That is their responsibility and their piece of equipment. The second invoice should be offset and my balance should be zero. They are using shady business practices to bilk me of additional money I do not owe.

    I rented a 30 yd dumpster from Prime Dumpster. I paid $750 plus taxes and fees and we agreed to a delivery date. When that date came we called to see if the dumpster would be delivered in the am or pm. We were told it was not on the schedule for delivery. We were then told "they made a mistake." The cost for the dumpster would be $450 MORE. It didn't matter we had agreed and we had paid. It didn't matter we needed the dumpster for a project, they would not deliver. They next sent a text saying we would receive a refund BUT NO DUMPSTER. Finding this unacceptable behavior we turned to a different company who charged $1500. We were forced to pay this price as we had no alternative. I believe Prime Dumpster owes us $730, the difference in price Prime charged me originally and $1500 we had to pay in the end.

    The agent who I worked with and sent me the attached invoice which I paid was ***** ***********, ************, *****************************************************************. 

    When Prime Dumpster refused to deliver the dumpster on the day delivery was scheduled, I spoke with ******* ****************************) who said they would not deliver as "the agent had made a mistake on the price."

    Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating last-minute changes can be, especially when you're on a deadline. While the pricing issue stemmed from a misquote that was caught before delivery, we understand how this impacted your plans, and we regret the inconvenience.

    We did issue a full refund immediately once it was clear the original rate could not be honored. While we recognize you ended up paying more with another provider, we do want to note that even with the corrected pricing, our rate would have still been over $300 less than what you ultimately paid.

    I ordered a dumpster 30 yard on 4/1/2025 for delivery date 4/4/25. They did not deliver on the delivery date and promised me the following day. I was contacted by another company stating they were the ones delivering our dumpster but it was scheduled for a 15 yard. I contacted **** the agent I had been speaking to at Prime, and when I told him what was going on he hung up on me. I contacted the company directly and a supposed manager stated they would fix the issue and confirm they were only a broker firm not the actual company delivering the equipment. The contract was different than from what was discussed with the representative. First thing the following morning I called and canceled this dumpster because the dumpster was not delivered and contract was different from what was discussed and they gave me the run around. I just want to be refunded the $705, I feel like this company is a scam. Best bet is to hire someone local.

    I called about a dumpster rental on 3/18 in the morning. The gentleman who answered the phone confirmed the dumpster would be delivered on the morning of 3/19. Later in the evening, I received a call from a woman asking if they could deliver on 3/20. I told them I needed for 3/19 and was promised for that date as I had workers that were going to fill the dumpster on 3/19. She agreed and told me it would be delivered on 3/19. A few hours later, I received another call from another gentleman saying the driver was in an accident and they couldn't deliver the dumpster. He said he tried to find another driver but that was not possible. I told him I needed to cancel the dumpster rental. He assured I would not be charged. I was charged $628.25 and never refunded. They never send any confirmation email or text message regarding the charge or refund. I reached out via email to ****************************************** and ******************************** I also called and they transferred me to someone else, who never picked up so I left a message.The property address is ********************************************************************.

    We paid and scheduled an RV septic service for 9.20.24.Noone showed up & immediately requested a refund & cancelled all four monthly services. We've been told twice the refund was processed & then a 2nd ****** came on the line & stated the service was, in fact, completed. This is a blatant lie as we had another company complete the service. We call this "company" & are left on perpetual hold, transferred from 1 ****** to another to another.

    I ordered a dumpster on 6/07/24 for delivery date 6/10/24. They did not deliver on the delivery date and promised me the following day 6/11/24. Once again the dumpster was not delivered. Later that evening I received an email stating the dumpster was delivered and the contract was different than from what was discussed with the representative. First thing the following morning I called and canceled this dumpster because the dumpster was not delivered and contract was different from what was discussed.( the reason I went with this company was because they didnt have a daily charge for every day after 1 week, or at least that is what was discussed. The contract said rental for 1 week plus daily charge after that.) After I cancelled, 3 hrs later the driver shows up at the location not being informed that the dumpster was cancelled. Not only did I loose money having to move a trash pile around, I also had a very upset client. This company then charged me a $360.50 dollar cancellation fee. All the sales are recorded, ask to hear the recording, I specifically stated I needed the dumpster for multiple weeks and didnt want a daily charge after one week. The representative did not tell me there would be a charge, only stated thats fine sir

    On June 30, 2023, I went on Prime Dumpster Incorporated's website to schedule a Dumpster pick up for 7/2/2023. I didn't receive a phone call nor an email to confirm the pick up date and no one came on 7/2/2023. On 7/6 2023 at 8:43 am, I received a phone call from one of their employees stating someone attempted to come pick up the Dumpster on 7/3/2023 and they couldn't get the dumpster because one of my neighbors had three cars blocking the entry way. I informed them that no one was home on 7/3/2023, which is why I didn't schedule a pick up date for 7/3/2023. I asked why didnt anyone call me to confirm pick up for 7/3/2023 so I could ensure someone would be home and the dumpster would be accessible. The customer service representative said the driver called me when he was at my address. I explained I expected a call from their office to confirm a pick up date, not a driver from an unknown number who also didn't leave a voice mail message. The customer service representative said she sent me an email informing me of the missed attempt and I was being charged $250 for the failed pick up. I informed her that I dont think that is fair because I was not notified of the change for the pickup date which I didn't authorize. The customer service representative said she would have someone else call me to discuss that issue. On 7/6/2023 at 10:38 am, I received a phone call from ***** from Prime Dumpster. She refused to acknowledge the lack of communication and their unorganized way of doing business and informed me that I would be unfairly charged for a pick up for a date that I didn't ask for or authorize. She was also extremely rude so I ended the call. I should not be charged for that pick up as I had no idea they were coming.

    I reserved a 10 yard dumpster on 6/24/2023 to have it delivered on 7/4/2023. I was assured by the agent, *******************************, who helped me with the process that I can cancel and still receive my full refund as long as it is canceled 48 hours in advance of the requested delivery date. I was charged a total of $539.67 on 6/24. On 6/26, I contacted **************** and asked for a cancellation. I was first transferred to 3 different representative and on the 4th time, the customer service rep took my information down to include my name, phone number, zip code and invoice number, and was told someone will call back. Its been 4 days since my first contact with customer service and I have not receive a callback. Ive called back, email, and text the company several times, 6 times to be exact, since my first try on 6/26 requesting for a cancellation. *** asked to speak to a supervisor and both time, my information was a taken down and was told a supervisor is not available and will call me back. Still no call back. I asked the customer service rep about basic cancellation policy and she could not provide and said when I receive the call back, I can ask that person.
