****** was a 5-star A+ salesman! I finally put together the 65 **** A95K QD-OLED TV (with 5-year warranty) and set it up a few days ago, as it was delivered on 9/23 even though it left your place on 9/10. I absolutely love this TV. I upgraded from a 15-year old 46 **** HD flat panel TV which was the second best model of its time (at $3,000). Boy, how TVs have changed. Its like watching a movie theater in my bedroom! Im hoping to wall-mount it eventually, although that will raise it 4 higher but tilted downward as I already have a superb Echogear wall mount which slides 6.4 to the left or right to compensate for where the studs are (and from my viewpoint laying on my bed its only **** feet away from me) so I can get the Sonos Surround Set in a few months (if I can get a great deal from Abt). I love how the ************ Surface Audio+s actuators actually make the vocals sound like its coming from the person speaking! I will continue to buy all my electronics from Abt!!

ABT is competitive with their prices.They seem to have a larger supply of products than other stores.It seems like an enjoyable outing to shop in their store.Overall, I have been pleased with their products and their service.They are very reliable about calling to let you know what time they are coming and reliable about showing up.Abt Electronics & Appliances

New Abt purchase of Whirlpool washer/dryer set is working well. Install/delivery crew were on time as planned and removed our old units and got the new appliances up and running quickly. We purchased via Abt website. Easy to navigate and compare products from home. Visited store some time before and what a great experience. Nice folks at store and low sales pressure. delivery flawless. Installation superb. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Would definitely recommend ABT over all other installers I have experienced.sales rep very helpful when I called to order my new frig. cannot comment on anything else since just received frig 2 days ago but will definitely buy from ABT again.Abt Electronics & Appliances

Go to another store to buy your appliance!If you are thinking about buying an appliance by *** , I encourage you to rethink your decision. In less than two years, with two different appliances, I have been disappointed by the quality of the product as well as the servicing of these items. I question this company's transparency with customers. I question the quality control team. (The gas range was only 1 1/2 years old; the washer was new.) I question the handling of issues by the Service and ****************** And, I am wondering if I am safe using the oven in my *********** range because the serial number of the new igniter that was installed did not match the serial number of the supposed "specialized" part that we were told we needed. Overall, two terrible experiences in less than two years. We won't be going back to ABT!Find another company that has pride in the products they sell and the service they provide!Abt Electronics & Appliances
