I purchased a camera from this business however I didn't receive It I reached out to them, and they stated that someone from there *** team tried to reach out to me which is false. The tracking states that they left the package with the customer which wasn't me which is why I reached out to them originally as I was at work and submitted proof of this as I needed a ride to and from work, I submitted text messages with the time when my ride said they were on their way. As well as screenshot/pictures of when I was at work as that particular day, I needed help with a project and was sending pictures back and forth with the owner on how to do the project.Customer Answer

It was rerouted and delivered back to the merchant instead. The order was delivered back to the merchant's address on 5/28/2025. I chatted with the merchant on 5/28/2025 and I was told that I would get my refund right away. On 5/30/2025 I chatted again. I was told that there is an error regarding my refund. No information was given as to why? I called the customer service number. There was a very rude female on the phone who came out swinging and was talking over me and did not listen to me what I had to say. I asked to speak to a manager if she refuses to listen to me and will continue to talk over me and disrespect me. She claimed to be a manager and refused to connect me to one. I am rejecting this response because: This business fails to comprehend what the customer is saying. Their customer service fails to do their job. They failed to look at the reason why I asked for a refund. That was because I never received the item. Their allegation of they received something they don't sell is false. They received whatever they initially shipped out to me. Thus, they sold and shipped me the wrong item to begin with. Their customer service might learn something if they tried to listen to me what my complaint was instead of arguing with me. These people involved in this complaint should be fired. This business is a total fraud. Buyers beware!

February 2025, I paid $570 to have my washing machine repaired. It stopped working in April 2025, repairman came out and said they installed faulty parts and put in new ones. Still did not work. Third service provider came out and confirmed there is still an issue. I would like the full service charge refunded but the provider is refusing and will only give back half.Business Response

On December 1, 2024 I purchased an LG gas range from ABT Electronics. The gas range was delivered on December 12, 2024. In March I noticed one of the tiny plastic/rubber on the edge of the cooktop was slightly sticking out. I intended to align it but it came off. It would no longer latch on. It is a tiny piece and there is a possibility that it could have been damaged since day one and I missed it. My initial thought was it's a tiny rubber/plastic piece it should cost me no more than $5-$10 to order one. I contacted ABT Electronics and was told the piece was not sold separately. I was told I would have to have the cooktop replaced. I was told ** would not cover it under the manufacturer warranty. The representative told me she would try to have them cover it. She ordered the cooktop and I received a message to set up an appointment for service to get it replaced. Before setting up the appointment I asked the *** representative to please assure me that ** would cover the part under their warranty. She said I had to get it installed first and then she would contact them again and if they didn't cover it the extended warranty I purchased through *** for $142.80 would cover it. I told the representative I didn't agree with using the 4 year warranty I purchased to have a $5 tiny plastic/rubber piece repaired. I told her I decided to purchase the additional warranty in case my range actually fails and/or doesn't work. The edge on the range could have been defective since day one but because it is such a tiny piece I didn't notice it until now. I emailed pictures and I asked the representative to share them with her managers and to please ask them to have *** take responsibility. However, they refused. I have been a long time *** customer and never had an issue until now. I want them to take responsibility. I don't need a new cooktop I just want them to repair the damaged piece and leave my extender warranty alone.Business Response

My delivery was on April , 12, 2025.I purchased a refrigerator that has ice and water maker. **** and ******* unscrewed the water line and they were water would not stop coming out so they called a trainer named ****. **** was yelling and said this can add to be a $20,000 dollar problem. They were told to use a water stopper and should not have touched it . I was told they have to send plumbers out. **** told me it will cost me a $100 . The Abt people had me sign that I received the fridge. The plumbers came another day and their names were Des /**** . They drilled a whole in my tile and cut the water line. They also cut the waterline under the sink. One of the workers was swearing and yelling. I spoke with managers **** ********* and his real name is *******. I spoke with manager ***** and had to go to the store as no manager would call me back. I spoke with manager **** ****. I showed the water line piece and have pictures on April 5, 2025 of my water line that had my fridge had water. That it was not falling apart like they said. Plumbers came on Monday the 28th of April. The men that came their names were ************* They said that construction work has to be done as both water lines were cut. They were not able to reach someone that could come up with a better solution as I was their last customer. They said they would have a manager call me. I was told that no worker should have unscrewed any pipelines and they screwed of not drilled any wholes in the tile if they were not able to do the work as I had a fridge and the water was working to my other fridge. No one called me so I called at 1 pm today and asked to speak with one of the owners and I was told to leave a voice message to ***** Abt. Senior CEO *** ********* called me and told that they had a meeting and ***** Abt will not return my call and its all my fault for having old things and he doesnt care about my wholes in the tile. I am sorry we were unable to hook up the customers refrigerator. There were a number of issues contributing to this. First, the existing waterline feeding the fridge was plastic. Plastic lines have a limited life and become brittle over time, causing a high risk of failure. For this reason *** does not use or hook up to plastic lines. The line in question was old and already discolored and brittle in places. Secondly, the existing shut of under the sink would not shut completely. We attempted to run a new copper line, but were unable to gain access to the area in the crawlspace where the line would run. We explored other routes as well, but could not find one that was feasible. We even attempted to use the existing line to "fish" the new line but it was restricted somewhere, leading to it breaking. Our team was given permission by the homeowner to break up the tile to try to gain more access to the line. They sealed the area after to ensure no air or pests could enter. We sent out another team for a second opinion. They were also unable to access the area to run a line and believe the original my have been run in a channel between the tile and subflooring. We have refunded the customer for the installation we were unable to complete. Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do to resolve this issue.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting the response provided by ABT Electronics.The issue remains unresolved. The installer sent by ABT Electronics drilled into my tile after assuring me that doing so would allow him to access and connect the waterline. However, after breaking the tile and drilling into the flooring, he proceeded to cut into the existing waterlineonly to find he could not complete the connection. He then attempted to access the waterline under the sink, where he again failed and chose to cut the line there as well. Now i have a leak under my sink which also needs to be fixed.At no point should the installer have cut a functional waterline if he was unsure he could complete the installation. I could have had another professional connect to the existing plastic linean option that was removed once the line was cut. ABTs stated policy of not connecting to plastic lines does not justify damaging my property or leaving me without a usable waterline.To resolve this, ABT should take full responsibility: accessing the waterline properly, making the correct connection, and repairing or replacing any damaged plumbing, tile and flooring caused by their installers actions.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

I purchased a Scotsman ice machine from abt. Since installation, I have had nothing but problems. The warranty expired but they are continuing to honor the warranty by sending technicians from ******** Appliance Repairs to our house to attempt to fix. After at least 10 service calls to site, I am still without a functioning ice maker. I want the ice maker replaced as I believe I got a lemon. When I called and spoke with ****** at any service, she offered me a discount on purchasing a new one. This is ridiculous and I am losing my patience. When I mentioned that I may have to file a civil suit; ****** abruptly ended the phone call, despite my multiple requests to be transferred to her manager.Business Response

While delivering and installing the washer/dryer combo, the installers broke the trim off the floor. The pieces were hidden inside the closet after they reinstalled the doors and claim they did not do this. The damage was noticed after they completed the job.Business Response

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator with the ice maker in the door. Its been 4 years and suddenly pieces of plastic are falling out with the ice (into my husband and son's cups)! Thank goodness they noticed this before adding water and just drinking away! This could've been a trip to the *** I called the store, spoke to the manager ***** who informed me the best he could do is offer a service company to come out with a 20% discount but I am to pay for the service call. So I then called ********************* safety department, told them of this awful safety problem. They sent out a service company who determined there is a safety issue with the ice maker. Whirlpool then determined that the whole refrigerator needs to be replaced since its a defect/safety issue. Whirlpool told me I have to pay for a new refrigerator of my choice, but I will get 50% off MSRP price! I don't understand why "I" have to pay for a defective fridge that they even verified as defective and a safety risk! My out of pocket expense for the exact same fridge would be around $800 or more! I am definitely not happy with the customer service at *** or at *********. I don't have the extra $800+ right now to get a replacement.Business Response

Purchased a kitchen appliance for $826. When customer service emailed that it was on backorder, I cancelled the order in writing, and was told the order was cancelled. That was Dec 18. It's now Jan. 18 and ABT has still not returned my money, despite the fact that I called a week ago and was told 'Oops, the order was not voided correctly. I'll put through the refund right away.' This now feels like a scam and no accident -- I won't be surprised if ABT is routinely in the 'business' of not issuing refunds in the hopes that customers won't notice.Business Response
