    To the Better Business Bureau:RE: Complaint against Tesla *************************** for property damage and inadequate compensation On August 9, 2024, Tesla technicians installed solar panels at our home. During installation, a caulk gun fell from the roof, shattering our glass patio table, damaging cushions and an ottoman, and embedding glass fragments in our deck and yard.The crew manager initially acknowledged responsibility but stopped responding after two texts. We contacted Tesla directly, provided security camera footage as requested, and they acknowledged their liability.Tesla requested original receipts or an invoice. We explained we no longer had receipts and requested $1,400 to cover:Glass patio table replacement: $675 Five cushions replacement: $450 Ottoman replacement: $75 Glass cleanup: $200 Tesla offered only $460 without explanation. When we submitted a detailed invoice, they rejected it, insisting we purchase replacements first before they would consider reimbursementwith no guarantee of full compensation.After SEVEN MONTHS, we still cannot use our patio due to damaged furniture and safety hazards. Tesla continues to delay fair compensation, refuses to justify their inadequate offer, and imposes unreasonable conditions.We request:Full compensation of $1,400 I have attached all supporting documentation including security footage, correspondence, and damage photos.********* ******** *******************************************

    I purchased house from previous owner in 2021 Dec, and I had solar panels on my house from previous owner which are already paid off. Now , I want to transfer ownership agreement of those under my name but Tesla is not cooperating when its already paid off. Its been 1 month since I am dealing with them with no answers. They keep transferring me to representatives to representatives on the phone for more than 1 hour. Even though I already sent them the deed of the house.

    I have attempted to call Tesla, numerous times with no avail. I have a squirrel nest under my solar panels & the netting to prevent this problem is loose.I am a women with MS and cannot get on the roof ti fix this issue.Thank You *****************************

    Since July of this year my energy company has said that my solar panels are not providing any output. I clearly see output via my Tesla app. It is impossible to get this company to reply to my emails or even get them on the phone. Yesterday I called them and there was an option to hold your place in line, filled out my phone number and never received a call. The only thing thats changed with my system is that I was able to get one technician out in July for maintenance. Since then my bill has been astronomical. I just need someone to answer my emails and calls. ************
