    Wish I could give the ***** ** school minus zero stars. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional experience we've had. The facility might be great and beautiful for a new swim school, but that's about it. They are not even BBB accredited. For what they advertise, they are nowhere half as good or professional as other schools around. A lot of teachers are untrained, some even lazy, untalented and unwilling to put in effort. Management will say anything to get students into their classes. They did not care to assign a good teacher. The initial trial ****** was fine and we had two or three 'good' classes, but that's about it. Eventually we had to switch schools. Management brazenly dealt with us in an extremely condescending, unprofessional and humiliating manner leaving us feeling extremely humiliated and let down. We aren't newbies in this area. My child has a lot of extra curricular activities and no one anywhere has ever talked to us like that in all these years. Don't waste your time here - there are accredited, honest, respectful, competent and professional swim schools around who respect the families they serve and who don't treat you like a pile of trash. **** Reviews in other states like MI and IL are riddled with similar complaints - see for yourself and save yourself the trouble. I almost did not post this review but finally decided to do so as I do not want this happening to another family.
