    DO NOT hire OLI for emergency services. They prey on homeowner panic in times of natural disaster and charge EIGHT TIMES their usual rates for immediate services. Price gouging like I have never seen before. Im absolutely disgusted by this predatory business practice. The last thing a homeowner needs after a catastrophic uncontrollable weather event is a $15,000 bill that shouldve been $2,000. I hope OLI paid their staff 8x their hourly rate too and Im sure the owners will enjoy their cushy retirement made possible by hoe on vulnerable and scared homeowners.

    I worked for the company for over a year. They hired a family friend because she needed a job than fired me for inaccurate reasons. DO NOT use them for emergency tree work. They will lie to you to get you to sign than s**** you in the a** to get paid. If insurance doesnt pay it all they will put a lien on your home and go as far as suing you for unpaid balances. Use another company.

    My home was hit by a tornado. Had a tree down on a fence and another uprooted and leaning on my house (and my internet cable). OLI responded incredibly quickly, coming out the same day and removing both trees efficiently without hurting anything else in the yard. They even hauled away a ton of branches and debris not specifically from the trees. I couldn't have asked for a better job.

    They didn't show up on the date agreed to do the work. They didn't contact us to let us know there was a problem. After I told them not to bother rescheduling me as I don't want to deal with a contractor that does that the owner charged me a cancellation fee.

    Team was awesome! Did a fantastic job. Knowledgeable, polite, professional, kind, on time. Took many precautions. Left yard better than it was before they worked. I'd hire them again, and I highly recommend Oli.?????

    OLI tree service came out and bid on taking down 8 trees. We agreed on a price, and they were out the next day. These trees were big,old and in residential. It took them four full days to take them all down. Every day, they cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't tell they were there. One tree was loaded with bees, and they took that too, and found a beekeeper to take the bees. These guys aren't cheap, but they are professionals, and have all the commercial equipment for any job. I highly recommend them.
