  *** has been fantastic to work with from first contact to end of contract. They are very courteous and respond promptly to any questions. I value great communication, efficiency and kindness. I got all three with them. They communicated very well, handled any questions promptly, and were very courteous at every step from the owner, the office manager, and the crew that came out.His crew was also a well oiled machine that was fascinating to watch just how well they worked together, each person knowing their task.They called and let us know what day they would be out and what time. They also let me know how the power turning off and on would work. They had fit us in with one of their crews pretty promptly so the trees would be done before the roof. They also called the day before and left a voicemail reminding that they be out the next day at 8am.On the day the tree was to be removed and the trees in back trimmed, they arrived promptly and the gentleman went over confirming what was to be done and asking if we had any specifics we wanted with the work, that way they assured we got done what we wanted.They then set about doing their job in a well orchestrated performance. They laid plywood down to minimize damage to the yard, they brought back the spider to get up to the back trees to trim them, you had one person running the mini skid (which he did with precision), someone else maintaining the guide line, another person running the chipper, etc. Again a well orchestrated performance with each player knowing their part. I got was an entire orchestra in tune with each other to play the symphony of tree care. We left for an appointment and unfortunately missed the big performance of the tree out front being taken down, but we arrived home with the tree gone and the ***** ground down even with the yard.Overall, A fantastic experience and I would totally use them again and recommend them to anyone.

  Will never recommend or hire this company again. We hired
  this company for 2 jobs. First job went ok, there was some minor damage
  to our property (the drain spout was crushed, one of our Shepard hooks
  were broken, and one of our outdoor chairs). No one told us about the
  damage, we noticed it when we came out to look at the job after the
  fact. We felt like this was minor, and did not hold it against the
  company nor did we request any kind of compensation for the damage. This
  should've been red flag enough. I asked them to remove "the dead maple
  in the backyard" and they sent a quote. Since we only had one remaining
  dead tree in our yard, I was careless and did not read the fine print
  that said "right" (a tree that was very clearly not dead) and they cut
  down our only living tree. Well since the fine print said right, I'm
  basically being told by the owner that it's my fault since I signed the
  contract and being LIED TO telling me the only living tree in our yard
  was in worse condition than the tree that's half missing. Mistakes
  happen and I was willing to work with the company. After being lied to,
  nevermind. I will take my business elsewhere. Not to mention they showed
  up without my knowledge. They did not contact us to let us know we were
  even scheduled. If we were home, as we planned to be, this never would
  have happened. Absolutely ridiculous.

  THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING! On time, had everything planned out, never touched any of the other trees that crowded the dead one. They came with loads of equipment, never stopped working, and completed a very touchy job in record time! They didn't leave a trace except the sawdust from the ***** grinder and we requested they leave it so we could use it for mulch. I used them last year, too, and had the same wonderful experience. Their prices are very reasonable, and they didn't even leave a **** in our yard! It was close quarters, but they moved like they'd rehearsed every step. They even rescued a baby squirrel that fell from the tree! I highly recommend this company and will hire them again!
