  I was originally told they would do their initial cleanings A & * all on one day. I agreed to the very high price. When the cleaners arrived they handed me a form that said they were only cleaning A that day. I explained it was supposed to be A & *. I emailed *** to let her know that the initial clean * was not done. She came back and wanted me to outline what parts of the * clean wasn't done and said I was charged the right amount because they were there for the amount of time it would take to clean A & *. She then wanted me to take pictures of the parts that weren't done which is not easy to take pictures of dust! I told *** to ask the cleaners and they will tell you they only did A. She came back to me saying that the pictures were emailed too late and that the dust in the images could just be items that are now dusty again and that the cleaners said they did *OTH A & *. I was shocked and irritated. When I tried contacting the owner, ****, I left a message and *** sent me an email saying she was not going to allow me to talk to **** and that she was terminating our account. I have rarely come in contact with a company that is so unprofessional but moreover rude, condescending, and liars. I paid over $700 plus giving the three cleaners a tip for their work and then to be accused of lying was too much. Every email I received from *** was extremely rude and harassing in tone. For work that was supposed to include a very deep clean, they left rooms completely untouched, a glass door still dirty from our dogs, furniture not dusted, baseboards not cleaned, a ******** still *****, and so on. I was actually willing to give them a second chance until I had the terrible communication with ***. This company is terrible. They treat their customers terribly. They are rude and unprofessional.
