      On 1/10/23, two new bottom sashes were installed in my bedroom. The attached "**** copy of work order" I received upon completion of the installation shows the agreement amount of $828.17 minus my deposit, leaving a balance due of $567.67.Upon reviewing my credit card statement, "*************** January Bill ... ", the balance due is $80.26 higher than agreed to and there is an additional line item of $80.26 for some unknown reason. That equates to an overcharge of $160.52.****, the owner, emailed me his copy of the bill "**** adjusted copy..." with no explanation of the $80.26 price increase. He only offered me the following option: "I can remove the two windows and leave you with two holes if you want". I immediately sent him a copy of my receipt to the email I received from him. The next time I was able to reach him, he claimed he never received my email!During one of my many attempts to speak with ****, he did agree on 4/5/23 that the single line item of $80.26 on my statement is a legitimate refund owed to me. On 4/19, **** again said he would submit the paperwork to get my card credited. Still no refund.I started calling **** on 1/31/23 to get this issue resolved. I've called and left a message 14 times. I've tried calling his cell number, but he doesn't answer it and his mailbox is full.I lost my full-time job on 4/14/23 and need the $160.52 owed to me.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
