      Horrible. Had many windows/glass replaced due to condensation $$$. All are leaking and frost build up INSIDE. Plastic seals are hanging. Ruined my wood windows. House is colder than it has ever been. Called them last year to report and they said it was normal but they would follow up. Never followed up and this year is worse. Do not use this company for windows

      Ok, we have a leaded stained glass window that needs to be repaired and we called Glass Doctor. Hard to find someone to do this work. The owner came out, quoted a cost, took our $450 deposit and scheduled a fix date. Great, we felt good. Then the actual repair guy comes out and tells us he cant do the work and that the owner was wrong about being able to do it.So we call and call and call to try and get resolve and/or our $450 back. They never called back until I was able to raise the owner on text who told me hed resolve it and never did. In fact, then ignored me - oh also had the gall to tell me that hed hold our $450 as a deposit on future work?! I gave him the chance to make it right more than once and he did not.We never got our $450 back, so they basically stole it from us. Highly recommend stay away from this company with low character and values.

      I ordered free estimate to repair my windows, Glass Doctors owner *************************** arrived on April 12 and for several minutes made verbal estimate for 3 round windows and one square window repairs. **** evaluated this for $2,750.00, and then he asked for 50% deposit. He use pressure tactics to force me to sign estimate and 50% deposit on his tablet, where were not listed jobs. After I signed, he sent via e-mail receipt and list of jobs on one page, that did not matched we stipulated verbally. Two hours later I sent cancelation letter via Glass Doctors e-mail and call to the office and asked not charge my credit card. Unfortunately **** withdrawal $1,3750.0 from my account and on all my requests to return my money he refused to do this. I did not received any service, but he retains my money.
