    I paid the company $6847.50 in September 2024 to run electric to an exterior new construction garage, install a fuse panel in the new garage, connect the electric from the house to new garage, and pipe the new garage for outlets and lights. They put the underground pipe in back in September 2024 and drilled a hole through my foundation and left it completely open. After that they have done nothing but reschedule, tell us they are coming and never show up, come and say they dont have the correct supplies but never come back with them, and finally pull in the driveway to then text to say they cant complete the job and would refund. All they did was put an underground pipe in and a drill a hole in my foundation that I have another electrician telling me was put in the wrong location. They have not done any electrical for this job at all and they say they will only refund $1000 for the $6847.50 I paid. I was fully willing to pay to for the pipe and even the labor to put the pipe in. I have an estimate from another electrician saying the cost to finish the job is $2200 and that is what I was requesting as a refund and they wont.

    We hired Gurnee Electric to add a couple of outlets outside of our home. One in the back and one in the front of the home. ******************************* came to our home looked around and gave a us quote. Quote was reasonable and we gave ****** and his team the green light to complete the job.The following day ****** and his team (brother and father) returned to our home to start the project. a few minutes in the job ****** and his team noticed our wiring in the home was old and outdated. He showed us what was wrong and talked us through how to correct the issue. This day we were quoted a different amount and he needed $11,000 to start this project. He also stated if we paid in cash, he would not charge us tax. So that's just what we did.We paid the deposit, and they were out gathering supplies and off to work. We had issues that needed ComEd to come to the property. We were haulted during this time and at the mercy of ComEd. We paid a total of $41,900 to this buiness and now we cannot get them to come back to the property to finish the job they started. We currently have several outlets in our home that do not work as well as bedroom lights, our front porch and a kitchen light that does not work. THis is due to ***************************** not completing his work at our home.We have called several times and get nothing, we text and get nothing. Several different occcations ****** has said he would return to our home to complete and will be a no call no show. We just want this job completed.
