    I bought a 2025 ******** at this dealership 1. Incorrect / unclear information - After test drive, the salesman presented a paper showing monthly payment with three different downpayment amounts without disclosing interest rate. I brought an auto pre-approval letter from my bank and asked the salesman what their interest rate was and whether it was lower than the rate that I got from my bank. The salesman said that they match interest rate to market one so the applied rate was very similar or lower than what I got from my bank. Their interest rate was disclosed when I went to their finance office and it was about 1% higher than what I got from my bank. 2. Dishonest Finance Process - The financing process was the worst in my day at this dealership. I brought a tablet to compute a loan payment on my own but my calculation showed a huge difference. I talked to the salesperson multiple times and their general manager came out and assured that he did this business for a lot of years and their number was always right.The finance person gave me his tablets for e-signature or my initials. No presentation of price or document explaining the monthly payment.I got back home and found that their website had a loan payment calculator. I put the loan amount that I agreed to borrow in their loan payment calculator and the calculator gave me what I computed at their dealership. I called back and the finance manager said that he found that there was extra $4,000 added to my loan so I had to go back to their dealership to **** the financing documents. I lived about 2 hours far from the dealership so I spent 4 hours for the round travel time to go back to the dealership and redid the financing work. The finance manager said that people prefer to do e-signature so they use tablet. My opinion is that they should ask customer whether customer want paper or tablet to sign the financing documents and they also should disclose full information when using tablet as well.

    They keep spamming me (emails and phone calls) regardless how many time I requested them to stop. There is no link to unsubscribe in theirs emails.

    First dont buy a HYUNDAI !!! Engine problems burning oil.. Hyundai dont want to take responsibility for itIf you have time to deal with this kind of **!! Sh!** go for it, but I dont think so!Second DONT GO TO GURNEE HYUNDAI, this place is totally garbage every department, specially service check every time they service you cuz they dont even do anything and they charge you for it. Many fuc** times I was there for oil change they would never do it, they would only add more oil and send the car out now Im having problems with my engine and no one wants to take responsibility Spent more money on buying a better car with a better dealer ********************* ON A HYUNDAI CAR theyre garbage

    I would like to start by saying I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. I purchased a 2019 Tucson and it was brand new. The Reviews about them paying for good reviews with floor mats are absolutely true as I was asked to do the same. The purchasing process was not bad. The issues are the service and the car not being serviced/fixed when brought in to the service department. The Staff is #1 the worst unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. They are rude, make you wait for work they don't complete and lie in your face. I have taken my car in 3times for the same issue of the car stalling & Check engine light flashing. The claim they fixed I picked the car up and get a mile down the road and it is doing the same thing. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental that cost $800 and now waiting for my reimbursement. I have had to have it towed to ******* and hopefully they can fix it. I had it put on a machine to see the code and the code was exactly what they claimed to have fixed. I am now having to get another rental if they have to keep my car for more than a day then I have to do this all over again. They have inexperienced techs and terrible staff that will sit and Smoke Vapes in your face and pretend that you are not even standing there waiting for service. This dealership needs to be put out of business ASAP. Terrible Representation of Hyundai. Lastly this car will be the last I ever by of this brand as it has too many issues to be new.

    Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in July of 2023. We purchased the extended warranty ($3000+) was told by the finance manager it was bumper to bumper. 1st issue is that they told us while purchasing the vehicle that they just did the brakes, **** miles later the brakes are grinding. 2nd issue they sold us the vehicle with a leaking power steering pump. As stated before we purchased the extended warranty, their service department informed me that the pump itself was covered under warranty but the hoses were not. The service department quoted me $1100 for 2 hoses and 4 hours of labor. 3rd issue their service department said the deductible was $155 for the warranty and it went up to $175 upon picking up the vehicle without any service performed. 4th issue the service department attempted to charge me for the power steering pump when we told them to cancel the entire project. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

    Please avoid this car dealership at all cost. You will be scammed and be ripped off. You dont have any knowledge about buying a car, you will lose a lot of money and get a mess up vehicle from this car dealership.

    The employee there is friend and good. But their finance manager is very unprofessional and rude. I was visiting earlier today for getting a new car. They first pull out a way unrealistic number and after negotiation. They gave me an oral offer on the price we both agree on and said that they would start the process and pulled my credit. After that, they said they cannot make it and tried to withdraw the offer and increased the *** price. I refused to agree on the price. Then their Finance Manager started insulting me and saying very inappropriate words in front of others. TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! They just try to ripped off. I will never visit them again.

    Hyundai Santa Fe calligraphy 2021 20k miles drink oil and air filter always cover with oil too. Hyundai fixed 3 times and it's keep come back. I tired add always oil. Gurnee Hyundai say we fixed, run 1k miles and see how it's go. How many times I need going to ****** spend my time with BRAND NEW CAR to make it's done correctly? We have 1 year old baby and just one car. We bought new car plans no have any problem with vehicle. What just we have schedule another appointment with service. So disappointed. Not offering replacement car on time when fixing? Really? It's not our fault car keep drinking oil. Answer to this Gurnee Hyundai says: " triad you car" good business Hyundai.
