    This business does not care. People on ******** marketplace have more dignity. They will make verbal agreements with you, then break verbal agreements. They do not care when they break these agreements, and will actually explain to you that they understand you are frustrated and tell you breaking these agreements was ok in their opinion. Don't trust a thing anyone from this location says to you. Stay clear do your business elsewhere.

    Steer clear. My wife and I purchased a new Santa Fe. We love the car; however, it had a known crack in the windshield. We had been promised in the agreement for the car (paid cash) that it would be replaced expediently before we moved across the country. Over the past 7 weeks we have been routinely ignored and our calls not returned. Finally brought it in and the service department had it for a week ("it is almost done, should be done tomorrow") before they acknowledged that the windshield was never replaced. We had to get the car back and begin the cross-country move, with them promising (in writing) a check to pay for another dealer to do it. Two weeks later and we now have a quote from another dealer... but still no check, poor communication with Gregory Hyundai, still no resolution to this issue, still a cracked windshield.

    Hang out there while your car is being serviced. You will witness BS flowing like a sweet river, but beware my child; there are mighty turds in that river. You will have to eat them and thank the staff for the privilege. It's a police station, and you are the suspect: We'll ask the questions!In short, they didn't want to take the time to diagnose my car's problem and shuffled me out. I brought this to the attention of the owner who had a fella reach out and see if we could try again. We made an arrangement for the next week, but the problem got worse. When I asked if I could get it in sooner, the fella got mad and unleashed a string of text abuse.Toxic place. Avoid!

    MY VISIT WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS AWESOME. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY CARE AND GOT ALL THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING FIXED. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONG BUT I UNDERSTAND THAT WITH EMPLOYEE SHORTAGES THAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN EVERYWHERE.

    Purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 5 there on March 5th. It was a fairly quick and easy process. The salesman, ****, was helpful and took good care of me. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. The dealership was over 20 miles away but was totally worth it.

    My purchasing experience with ****** at Gregory Hyundai was the smoothest and most stress free Ive ever experienced. Found a Palisade Calligraphy in the desired colors/specs that was in transit. Provided my details via text and was provided with everything I asked for without being asked to visit the dealership to receive an out the door price. The vehicle arrived early and we were notified right away. Upon arrival, we took a quick test drive and I was in and out in less than an hour. Great experience facilitated by an honest and transparent salesperson. Thank you, *****! You are a true asset to Gregory Hyundai
