    I am rejecting this response because: Their response is unacceptable. I am on the "Do Not Mail" list. I will be forwarding their response to the ************************ where I plan to escalate the matter. This company needs to cease and desist ALL communications immediately and acknowledge that I have been removed from ALL future mailings.

    I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint. It was an oversight on my part, and for that, I am truly sorry. For reasons I cannot explain, I missed the earlier request, and I understand the frustration that may have caused.


    Regarding the customer complaint, I would like to clarify that with each mailing cycle, we create a completely new mailing list based on the most current data available. We do not work off a static list, which would make it easier to remove a client's name. Instead, every time we generate our list, it involves processing millions of records. Because of this, it is unfortunately more challenging for us to catch and remove specific names in time, despite our best efforts.


    Receiving these mailings incurs no cost to our clients other than the time it takes to discard them, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience caused. While we are continuously working to improve our processes and will certainly make efforts to review and remove clients from our mailing list beforehand, its important to acknowledge that, with the volume of names we manage, there may be instances where a name is inadvertently missed.


    I hope the client can understand that we are doing everything we can to avoid sending any unwanted mail and appreciate their patience and understanding as we continue to refine our system.
