    I came across a mailed out postcard, and thought "What the Heck", it was worth a try! Since neither my husband nor myself really understand much about the property tax "mess" in ******** (I'm not from here, to make matters worse!), I called! ****** was incredible professional, but wonderfully friendly and easy to talk to; and set up a meeting at our convenience, right away. Other than what we were 'taught" by friends, etc. we didn't know other refunds might be available! But it was - AND IT'S NOT A SCAM, IT'S REAL! ****** explained everything in terms we could understand, made the paperwork fly by, and now we are filed for a multi-year refund, WOW! That is one piece of mail I am really glad I just didn't toss out as "***********, ****** is an absolute font of information; again, making any answer to our questions ones we can actually understand. He takes his time with people, and is so pleasant to be around! We are extremely grateful for ******, and this company service...this company is the real deal - DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF THINKING IT'S JUNK MAIL; A little research proves they are real...and they are there to help! Thanks Guys! *********************************
