    I placed an order with **** and they used Better Trucks as the delivery service. On December 30th, Better Trucks left a voicemail saying they attempted to deliver my package, however, I was at home and available to receive the package at the time of the supposed delivery attempt. Despite this, they have not made another attempt to deliver my package. It has been three weeks and I still have not received my package. I have attempted to contact them multiple times but have been unable to reach them. This is unacceptable and I am disappointed that my package has not been delivered as promised. Please locate and deliver my package.

    I was able to review the order and see that the package shows delivered on January 3rd but it appears that it was delivered to the wrong building in the apartment complex. Because the package was not delivered correctly and cannot be recovered we would like the opportunity to contact **** and ask for a reshipment or a refund for the customer.  We sincerely apologize that the customer didn't receive her order.

    I placed an order through ElementVape. They use Better Trucks to deliver.I ordered on 12/7. The package was "received" on 12/14. Since then, the tracking website says "1 stop before your delivery" with the deliver time being exactly current time + 8 minutes.I'd like a refund for this product.

    Order placed with ElementVape on 12/10. Package supposedly sits in ********, ** since 12/16 - no updates. Requested refund from ElementVape. Better Trucks tracking number is BTS_00525VO9KQB. Will avoid vendors using Better Trucks for any level of shipping going forward.

    I placed an order on October 21st from an online shop called Element Vape. I've ordered from this store more than 20 times in three years. After weeks of my package not arriving, I've emailed them 5 times and they say they can't do anything once it's at the hub. They told me to contact the carrier which I did. I never received an email back from them so i chat with someone and they tell me my package was lost/misplaced. Days later I still get no response on an ETA, refund options or where the heck my package is! It's been almost a month when previously when ***** was the carrier, I had my package within a week. I need someone to call me or email me back from this company and give me a good and detailed explanation and an apology for never contacting me that my package was lost. It was me waiting day after day to contact them to ask what was going on with still no resolution almost a month later.

    This company has terrible ****** reviews. They have been bouncing a package of mine around for a week now. I believe they may be in collusion with the companys that use their service, allowing them to sell insurance to protect the customer from not being delivered. I just submitted another complaint regarding the company I had made a purchase from that used this service and had tried to sell me this insurance prior to completing my purchase. I have several pictures I can show you where they simply bounce the package to arbitrary locations instead of simply delivering the package. It seems to me that I wouldve received my package if I had purchased their insurance. It reminds me of the mafia charging protection fees. Even if I am wrong, this company has only 2 positive reviews and this alone should tell the story of this delivery company. Nobody receives their packages, probably because they didnt pay their protection money

    Within the last 2 months on 2 separate occasions Better Trucks has lost a package that they were supposed to deliver to me. They have poor customer service, dont answer the phone and when I finally talked to someone they said they were in possession of my package and would deliver it within ***** hours and failed to do so. Where did my packages go?
