I ordered HaloClean UV Sanitizer from ********* for $118.79 on March 11, 2025. On April 4, 2025, I contacted ********* as to when will I would receive my order and gave my order # *******. I was told that my item was delivered on March 14, 2025, at 12:49 AM. I lived in an apartment building, and there was a room for packages. The staff is very good at letting the tenants know that their packages are in the package room. I contacted the staff, and they knew nothing about it. In my apartment building, there is a security guard who is on staff 24 hours. No one saw any delivery truck at 12:49 AM on March 14, 2025. I inform ********* about the situation and asked for a refund to charge my credit card. Which they did give me credit card. But, I still wondering where the package went. I don't have a back porches or a garage. Also, my neighbors are elderly and some work. So I want to file a complaint against Better Trucks that is located in *************, ***. I have a package that I was supposed to receive. Better trucks confirmed receipt of the package and never delivered it. I have outreached customer service, which you can only speak to via email, but they tell me they only retain records for 45 days. That doesnt make sense because when I enter the tracking number in the website, I can see that they received it four months ago. Clearly they retain records for more than 45 days. I was told that it is not their problem and I need to contact the seller of the item. The seller of the item shipped it and Better Trucks confirmed they received it so I fail to see how this falls on the seller. After several emails, I keep getting the same response which is we cannot help you. We only retain records for ******************************************************************** money by purchasing a product that was never delivered, but I am unable to resell the items to further my business. **************** is horrible. If you call their business number, it tells there is an option to speak with a representative, but when you press that number, it tells you that they do not answer phone calls and directs you to their website.Initial Complaint

They have claimed to have attempted delivery twice, but no one has shown up either time per the cameras. They again told me over email it would be delivered today (3/26/2025), but as of 2:00pm, it is still not out for delivery today, despite them confirming a delivery window of 7:00am-3:00pm. They respond in a reasonable amount time to support emails, but the customer service *** doesn't seem to be able to provide any assistance. I would like to just pick the package up from their local hub, or at least speak to a driver or someone working at the local hub to coordinate a delivery. Better Trucks is the last mile courier service for the package i ordered. Ever since the package made landfall in ********, Better Trucks has held it in its distribution center and claimed they were "out for delivery". They said they've "attempted delivery" twice but not once have they just left the package on my doorstep or given it to the university's mailroom staff. They just drive up to the university, mark it on the tracker as "Attempted delivery", and then drive back to the distribution center with my package and then repeat the process the next day. I dont care if someone steals my package at this point, just as long as it stays here./Their customer service number tells me to chat with them on their website, and they do not respond to the chats.Customer Answer

Ordered a 2 pair of pants from **** on match 8, 2025, and received email stating my package was delivered March 10, 2025by BETTER TRUCKS, ************************************************** ******************************* with tracking # *********************. I have video footage with time stamp to show nobody came to my address to even as much as attempt a delivery. I called **** and received no help, I went on tik tok and the internet to search if this is a THING and turns out it is, BETTER TRUCK will mark packages delivered but never made a delivery attempt. *****************. I ask these people to stay off the grass and bushes and use the side walk. Their solution is to trespass on my neighbor property and place the package on the side of the porch where I can't see it through the door. On December 8th, 2024, I ordered an item from Beachwaver through the platform *******. I paid $51.89, and the item showed it was going to be delivered by Better Trucks. On Dec 17th, I received a notification that there was an attempted delivery but I did not receive the package. On Dec 18th, I received another notification that there was an attempted delivery. Finally on the 19th, Better Trucks claimed that the package was delivered but I could not locate it anywhere. I reached out to the company via email (they do not have any customer service numbers) and it took them a while to get back to me. The first time they did, they just continued to claim it was delivered. The proof of delivery photo was a picture of my entire apartment building, which was not helpful. I reached out to Beachwaver who could not help much because they did their part of sending the package. Again I emailed Better Trucks and they took weeks to get back to me, but when they did, they included the address they delivered to, which did not match the address I had on my order receipt. I pointed this out but they continue to hold fast that they delivered it to the correct address.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item from a company called Medik-8, and it was received by Better Trucks on 12/19/2024. Since that time it has not moved, there have been no tracking updates. Better Trucks is literally 10 minutes from my house, there is no excuse not to deliver my item. This business has multiple negative reviews online, it seems they habitually damage or steal packages from their recipients.
