      date 5/8/2023, amount $2687.95, replace shocks, rotors, brake pads, brake shoes, brake drum. After work has been done my steering wheel shakes when pressing on the brakes. I was also promised five coupons for free oil changes dur to the extra 2.5 days it took them to finish my car due to the ordering incorrect parts

      On 5/17/2023 went there to get tires for my truck First I watched and the mec. kept falling of breaker bar then he said lug nuts were strip and come to find out he was using wrong size socket. He yelled at me said thy were stripped but proved him wrong. I was there till thy closed 6 pm left and tire light was on he said drive it for ************ will go off never did drove home 35miles truck shook all over road got home and looked left rear tire not balanced right front not balanced checked air pressurer left front 65lb right front 70lb right rear 84lb left rear 75lb. CHECKED and missing lug nuts {2}. Thy charged me for new sensors never replaced . First was quoted $983.80 Then thy raised it to $1180.00 after I raised h*** thy said $1003.10. I asked manager how much air in tires he stated he did not know.
