      On November 22, 2024, my son visited Mavis Tires located at ****************************************, to purchase Mavis Mountaineer A/T tires. The sales representative recommended ******** Defender LTX M/S tires, which my son subsequently purchased.Upon inquiring about a warranty, he was informed that a warranty could not be purchased due to the tires 22-inch diameter. I subsequently contacted the store to clarify this matter, as my truck tires have a 20-inch diameter. On November 30, 2024, my son visited the store to purchase a warranty for the tires.Since then, he has visited the store five times due to tire pressure issues. Today, a nail was discovered in one tire, and another tire was found to have a leaking bead due to improper sealing. We recently discovered that the tires should not have been sold with a warranty. Since the tire with the nail was replaced, the warranty is now invalid, leaving my son responsible for purchasing a new tire should any issues arise.Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation, including contacting the corporate office, I have received no assistance. This lack of support is unacceptable and has led me to decide against purchasing tires from Mavis Tires in the future. I have been a customer since 2015 and purchased multiple tires from Mavis for multiple vehicles.

      do not respect customer complaint. manager never reached back out to me after I left numerous messages.

      Worst place ever. The regional manager mechanic and manager at this store are liars and messed up my lug nuts and could not align my car saying I had a special car. My car is not altered. It is all factory parts. How can a tire shop not align my car? Especially when I took it to ********* and they had no problem doing the alignment. They treat customers horribly. Had my car for 2 hours to tell me they tried to call me (and admitted they called the wrong number). But of course that was after I spent my money on tires. Even sent me driving off with a bad lug nut on my tire that they ruined.

      Horrible job they did on my brakes charge you more money the parts that is not even need to be replace.plus they so bad there not enough mechanics there in mavis tire discount and brake in crystal **** Ill
