    I give zero stars! What a joke the never showed up, called and even hung up on me when I called to remediate the situation! Unprofessional and incredibly rude!

    Please check your attic spaces, ************* (owner of Global Restoration Services and ******** Emergency House Services) was hired on Thursday 3/7/2024 for mold removal, which he completed in a few hours. My husband checked the attics the following day and only half the work was completed. We called him to come back and he has stopped answering our calls. Additionally, *** told me my check would not cash and that I could Zelle him. I used ***** to transfer the charged amount and five days later, he cashed my check too. *** doubled his money for only half the work. Check your attic. ************* has removed my post from his website, stating I am a competitor because he doesn't want people to know he scamming.

    *** is a ***** not to be trusted. His 25 year warranty is worthless because he will not honor it. He was supposed to get rid of mold in my parent's home but it t was back in less than a year. When he realized I was calling to have him do warranty work, he hung up the phone and never answered or returned my calls again. If he's done this to you, I encourage you to report him to the ** Attorney General and ************************ and Better Business Bureau. Defrauding an elderly person in ** carries significant penalties including prison. ***, Global Restoration, and ******** Emergency Home Services should all be put out of business.

    *** with Global Restoration Services was paid to finish a job. He never finished. He ignored all my calls. Do not use him. He will steal your money.

    ****** did a 'visual' inspection finding mold and returned to do a treatment for $1750, promising to return in a week for re-inspection. He also gave a (worthless) 25 year warranty for his work with the warranty acting as his receipt. When I called to schedule the return visit - he agreed to come on a scheduled day, but did not show up. When I called and texted him many times afterwards, he would not answer the phone calls or text messages. He took our money and ran. Do not trust the company nor the man running it. Your money is safer elsewhere.

    we provided a service, completed the work, provided a warranty, provided before and after photos and the customer requested us to come out on a sunday after hours we explained that is not how we operate he was COMPLETELY satisfied until i refused to come out on a sunday . again no problem with the work done at all service was completed 100%. to ask a company to come out on a weekend after hours just to check again and again is not acceptable.
