    In Feb 2022 I bought two tickets on Condor Airlines (Booking Ref# *******-02) to fly in July 2022 roundtrip from ****** to *********. We also purchased options (Booking Ref# CFI *******) to receive upgraded meals and economy seats (row 20) closer to the front of the plane. Total spent on the initial purchase was $3,087.96 USD. The night before the departure, I used Condor official app on my phone to check-in and I was offered to pay for two seat upgrades to Business Class. We opted for this (Booking Ref# *******-01) and paid **** EUR (******* USD). The next day at the counter at ****** to check bags, the ticketing agent told us the plane was changed to a smaller one and because of that, the flight was overbooked... they could not honor our seats in Business Class. We were lucky to have two seats at all and ended up back in Economy. I asked the agent about a credit and was told I had to write to Condor or otherwise contact Condor **************** to file a complaint form. We completed our flight to ********* and spent a week in the area. For our return flight from ********* to *******, I once again asked about the possibility of applying credit for the unused upgrade I had purchased for the first flight. The counter agent said they had no means to deal with that and once again I would have to contact Condor ****************. Once back home, I completed a form found on the Condor website and attached receipt copies of my original purchase, the upgrade purchase done the night before the flight, and all copies of the actual boarding passes (attached here) that indicated we flew economy both ways. I want a refund for $******* USD spent on the upgrade.I have not heard anything from Condor regarding this other than a system generated email confirmation 7Jul2022 that they received my complaint. After reading so many comments here on BBB regarding Condor and how they consistently do not respond to inquiries about refunds/credit, I decided to file this complaint.

    This all started on July 2,2022 I flew out with condor airlines check my bags in had to pay an extra 120$for my second bag flew out from *** to Frankfort airport for a layover to ***** never made it I ended up getting a flight to ****** everything was all messed up and out of order no bags from that day and still no bag they have not contacted me and they will not answer me or none of my questions this is so unfair and unjust unprofessional the worst experience of my life out there country for 9 days nothing and I mean absolutely nothing and they wont even say two words to me about my stuff
