*************************, *************** and the crew did a great job. The roof estimate was very complete, the roof was replaced within a few days , and the work and clean up was completed in one day. During the roof replacement both ************************* and ***************, the production manager came out to check on the progress. New roof---happy customerJ & K Home Improvement & Restoration

From the day we were introduced to *** by our home insurer, we were very impressed. **** assisted us by promptly providing the necessary information to our insurer to get the claim successfully addressed. He guided us through the material selection process for the roof, siding, and gutters, and coordinated the ordering of materials and the scheduling of the necessary tear-off and replacement activities. Everything went according to the established schedule. The work was of high quality, and **** promptly responded to and enthusiastically addressed every question and area of concern that we had. We were particularly impressed with ***'s employees' friendliness, courtesy, work ethic, and attention to detail. And, finally, given the extreme heat we have been experiencing this summer, I am very happy to note that **** expressed concern for the welfare of the workers, and he accommodated their requests for breaks even though it was likely disruptive to the overall schedule. I am confident that **** will be there for us should any area of concern or other issue with the work performed arise down the road. I would definitely recommend *** for exterior repairs, renovations, and construction.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

Putting your homes roof and siding into the hands of someone shouldnt just be anyoneIt should be the team at ***** **** Improvement. They served as an extension of our intentions. They were our advocates from Day 1 when we first had a site visit to 1 week after completion. The relationship is what made the experience - conversations on text, conference calls, and the quick stop-by. I was so proud to have the *** truck in my driveway.
