Couldn't be happier with the service provided by J & K Home Improvement & Restoration. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and informative, explaining the whole process and features of the roofing materials and repair plan. Arrived at appointed times and completed the whole house tear-off and re-roofing in one day.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to use J & K Home Improvement & Restoration. We got our roof, siding, trim, and gutters redone. *** made the process easy and stress free. *** helped us in picking out beautiful materials that came together for a nice cohesive look. He is very knowledge in the business and was quick to respond with any questions we had. He provided frequent updates start to finish throughout the various projects. The crews worked fast and left no clean up for us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their home.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

*** did a fantastic job with my roof and their customer service was impeccable. ***** did an EXTREMELY thorough job explaining all aspects of the process and the work involved and even came back on his own time to do multiple inspections and explain details to me that I didn't quite fully understand. I have never seen a company do so much work so fast and with the utmost quality-focused mindset. When the work was done, there were a few details that needed to be addressed and they did so IMMEDIATELY and without any issues. Throughout the process, their focus was on customer satisfaction and that is something you simply do not find with other vendors. I would definitely hire them again for any roofing needs, but also the additional array of services they offer. Again, I would like to thank my Service Writer (*****) for his attention to detail and the superb customer service he provided throughout the process.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

***** contractors are some of the best around! They took care of everything, and very expeditiously! They kept me informed throughout the job, and did a superb job! I am very happy with *****, and the other contractors they hired to help with the job.Love, love, love my new 50 year shingled roof!!! I want to give *************** and his team a special thanks for being so professional, responsive, and courteous. We needed to have our roof and siding replaced. I was very impressed right off the bat when **** initially met with my wife and I can produced a folder with their business insurance policy, license, and bond. These are important documents for any homeowner to have when working with contractors on their home. **** listened to us and asked all the important questions so that he could provide the highest level of advice for our project. The communication was superb! We were kept in the loop throughout the entire project. Everything that was promised was delivered and our expectations were exceeded. We are so happy that we chose *** Home ************************************ and look forward to using them in the future with other projects we plan on implementing once we are financially able to do so. I would highly recommend *** Home ******************************************* to anyone looking for roofing and siding needs. I am quite certain you will have a similar experience as we did. **** came out and performed an inspection after a recent windstorm. Later that day, **** had his ******* come out and tarp the roof in case it rained. Once the insurance company estimated for the roof, *** came out ** an extremely timely manner and had my roof replaced in 1 day. the next day, they came out and replaced all of the gutters. **** then followed ** to inspect the job and sent in the revisions to the insurance company. Every one of their employees was professional, courteous, and hard working. I couldn't be happier! Thanks again!J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

J and K replaced our roof and gutters in a timely manner and at as close to the estimate as one can reasonably expect. They were conscientious in following through on the items that we felt needed addressing to meet the terms of the contract. And importantly, when some costly damage occurred they corrected the problem without any additional expense to us.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration
