I was blown away by the professionalism and care from *** Home Improvement. **** made it a point to meet me in person and discuss the entire proposal understanding I knew next to nothing about roofs. The other three competitors did none of this. **** went over each and every detail about the job. When it came to the actual installation, the crew showed up at 7:30AM and didn't leave the job site until every scrap in the yard was picked up ending at approximately 8:30PM. They hustled all day to ensure the job was done within a day and it was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated that this work wasn't subcontracted out like some other companies do. **** came back the next day and got up on the roof to check everything out. **** answered questions promptly, was present on site, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision made. Again, I was blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail, and earned trust from *** Home Improvement. I will recommend them to anyone who needs roofing help.

**** and the crew were great. They were prompt, organized and thorough. The work was done well and they stayed of schedule. From the beginning of the process to the end of the job but professionalism. There responsiveness and friendly manner was a refreshing in dealing with a contractor. I definitely would recommend ***** Home improvement.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

5 starsAfter we had a hailstorm, I didn't know if there was significant damage or not. And I absolutely did not want to deal with the "storm chasers" that swarm around afterwards claiming to reside the house for free. I contacted ****************** who gave me the names of a couple contractors which were on their "Approved Contractors List". I contacted ***, **** came out, inspected the house, and informed me that I had damage and could/should open a claim. He walked me through the process, made sure to be here when the insurance adjuster came, and made everything as smooth as possible. I believe he was more help than the insurance company. They did the roof, siding, and gutters and I've received nothing but compliments on the job they did. A couple of my neighbors have even asked me for their name and number. I'm very happy with the work they performed. Also, they cleaned up after themselves, no trash, as many nails as possible (the aluminum nails don't pick up with a magnet), used my yard rake to collect any small pieces, very nice work. We recently had to have our roof and gutter system replaced due to storm hail damage. I'd highly recommend J&K Home ******************************************* and *************** for this type of work. **** was very easy to work with, was very timely for all our meetings, provided excellent and timely communications on the status of the project and, most importantly, their workmanship and the quality of the products they used was EXCELLENT. And their cleanup after the project was great. Truly 5-star performance....J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

Excellent service from ************* & the ***** Install team. Very responsive & thorough current roof evaluation ; *** takes great pride in his scope review & communicating with the customer. From written proposal to install date : one week ! We just happened to hit their schedule / openings. Installation team did an outstanding job -- excellent clean up .
