I am extremely pleased with the work and service provided by ***** Home Improvement and Restoration. They were recommended by my insurance for roofing and siding work. ******************* came to see me for the initial consultation, providing invaluable information about the quality of the various selections. ********** worked with my HOA in choosing a comparable color for the shingles, answering all their questions as well as mine. He kept me abreast of expected timelines and scheduling, always checking via phone/email for any questions I had and answering every text/email/ phone call promptly. The crews for the roofing/siding/ gutters were all punctual, respectful of my property and wanted to make sure at every step of the process that I was pleased with their work. They went above and beyond cleaning all of the debris and even were willing to replace the lights with new ones I had purchased.After the work, a representative came out to inspect making sure it was satisfactory. Their experience and customer service were exemplary. I am so pleased with the experience and the results!

Over the last five years our neighborhood has been hit by three major hailstorms. A large number of homes have had their roofs replaced. With the first two storms I contacted my insurance agent, had an adjuster come out and was turned down both times. I was so disillusioned that after the third storm I was not even going to file a claim. When I saw ***** meeting with the neighbor across the street, I decided on a whim to talk to them. They set up a time to come out and do a thorough inspection. After the inspection they confirmed that we did have damage (both old & new). They instructed me to contact our insurance company and arrange for an adjuster to come out and inspect our roof. They also had me notify the insurance company that a representative of ***** would be present during the inspection.On the day of the inspection ***** waited over 45 minutes with me for the adjuster. During the wait they went up on my roof and started marking where the damage was. Our insurance adjuster inspected the roof with a computerized drone and after the inspection the adjuster showed me how ****** markings lined up almost perfectly with the drones. The adjuster authorized a new roof, new gutters and a new garage door.After the authorization, ***** outlined everything that needed to be done, provided a schedule and worked closely with me to make sure the process was seamless. Once the project was done, they worked very quickly to address some minor concerns making sure we were 100% satisfied.Every aspect of the project was done in a timely and professional manner. In this day of non-existent customer service, it was such a pleasure to work with such a professional organization. Every person we dealt with was professional, courteous and went above and beyond.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

Very satisfied customer of ***** Home ******************. Just had our roof and gutters replaced from recent hail storm. *************** was the representative from the company we dealt with through the entire process. He examined our roof, dealt with our homeowner's insurance company and once approved by the insurance company spent time with me going over the contract and choices we had. **** is very professional and i could tell he was very sincere. His roofing crew was excellent and had the whole roof tear off and reshingled in one day.The gutters were installed the following day and again a superb job done. Follow up the next day by another **** for reinspect of project and make sure all was done right. Later that day met again with *************** for sign off of project and one last look from him at roof and gutters again making sure all was good. I used *** to put my basement back to normal after a water line disaster. With all the pain that was involved in this these guys made everything as good as new. *** came out and quoted the job and then came back a couple of days before the job was to start to review everything again and make sure we were on the same page with repairs. His team of ******* are truly professional, You can't tell that anything was ever wrong. There are no seam lines and everything looks better than the day before this happened. I wrapped everything in plastic and they double wrapped it again. No mess no issue. Stayed focused on the job and finished earlier than agreed. I hope to use them again for future jobs and will recommend them to anyone looking to have drywall, wood work and painting done *************** shopping. J & K Home Improvement & Restoration repaired my roof and sliding placed new gutter and facial and lastly shedders on my new house that I just purchased this year without **** and his hard working team I do not think the job would have been done in a timely matter. **** worked hard and close with my home insurance to get my roof repaired and sliding as well due to a hail storm that caused the damage this was my first time dealing with such a big task that I had new clue how to go about getting it fix but as soon as I met **** and he spoked with me all that worry and unsure went out the window him and his team made the process non stressful I will recommend them to everyone I know if they are in need to have some repairs done to there home. ***** **** Improvement did my roofing job last week -- and I couldn't be more pleased. The service writer went out of his way to provide me personally with all the information and samples that I needed to make my choices and explained in detail what I could expect. Every inquiry that I made was responded to quickly.The installation crew (of nine workers) was amazing. The entire job -- shingle delivery, tear-off, roofing, and clean up -- was completed by mid-afternoon, overseen by the service writer who returned the next day to thoroughly go over the installation and clean up. Even my next-door neighbor was impressed by the fact that they carefully covered the area surrounding the job site with tarps and cleaned up in her yard as well.***** **** Improvement not only does excellent work but they are a pleasure to work with.They get my whole-hearted recommendation.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

J & K Home Improvement & Restoration is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. When we found out that we needed to replace our roof and our gutters, our insurance company recommended hiring a general contractor as most roofing companies did not do both roofs and gutters. We have seen many roofers in the area, but none ever advertise their company name and contact number via their vehicles or yard signage. Then I saw ***** **** Improvement working on a nearby residence and saw that all their vehicles were company owned and provided appropriate contact information. Finding a company that was licensed and insured was very important to me, and ***** met these requirements. **** detailed out the exact process for removal and replacement of the roof and gutters. He also described every material that would be used for our roof and gutters and why ***** uses the particular brand. In addition to samples, he directed us to other homes to /see the materials and colors live. **** communicated with us every step of the way and we always knew what to expect and when. They delivered the materials the day before, so we didnt have our driveway blocked for a week. We never had any surprises in job timing or in costs. The crew was friendly, and **** was on site every day, visiting each job that was underway. ***** even did a few extras, like installing a power vent, with no additional cost. They even completed the job a little earlier than expected and was most likely due to the commitment of the ***** crew to starting early and finishing late. The clean up after the work completed was nicely done the day they finished, and **** came back the next day to check that all was cleaned up to satisfaction. ***** has their own dump truck that they pull right into your driveway, so there was no dumpster to haul away and no damage done to our driveway. We highly recommend ***** ******************************************* for any roofing repair and/or replacement needs.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration
