    On 7/14/2024, my husband and I purchased a treadmill from Dick's Sporting Goods in ******, ****. ****'s uses a third party delivery service, AIT, for their deliveries. We did not get an option (besides taking the treadmill home ourselves) for what company to use for delivery. We paid $160 on 7/14/2024 at ****'s for the delivery service and were told AIT would contact us. After a few days of no contact, we called AIT and asked to schedule delivery. They told us they would contact us. A few more days go by without contact and we called again. They scheduled us for delivery on 7/24/2024 between 2 pm - 5 pm. That morning, they called and said the delivery driver cancelled and they would have to figure out a new plan. They called again that day and said delivery would still be between 2 pm - 5 pm. Around 5:30 pm a van with an adult man and teenage boy pulled up outside our house and waited there for about 30 minutes for 2 more adult men who arrived with the treadmill. They all carried the treadmill inside & then the 2 adults left the teenage boy and one adult (seemed to be his father) to set it up. As is customary, we tipped the delivery person $20 after they were done. When they left we noticed they left trash everywhere, dirty handprints on the wall & a red scratch, stains on the carpet, and dirty shoe prints ALL over a large mat in our basement that is nowhere near where the treadmill is set up. It's a new build home and just my husband/I that live here so we know these all came from the delivery persons. We contacted the business about our concerns but they said to send them an email to which they have not responded to date. We are very unhappy with the unprofessional service, especially the condition in which our house was left after delivery.

    On 3/11/24, a newly purchased treadmill from ********** was delivered to my home by AIT Home Delivery and my old machine was removed as agreed. Along with the old machine the worker inadvertently took a small remote device and 2 other items. The next day I spoke with the worker and he said the items were given to his supervisor and would be returned. It's been over 3 months and I still have not received these items. Over the past 3 months I spoke with 5 different people at *** who were all very pleasant and apologetic but could not seem to help me get these items returned. I even asked one of them to escalate my issue to supervision with no response. I know these shipping warehouses are very busy and have higher priorities than dropping a small package (<2oz) in the mail returning items to a customer. But these items are very important to me and I feel like I'm getting the run around and wonder if these people have not lost my items. And after reading the reviews on this company I wonder if this is just a smaller indication of a much larger organizational/customer service failure. My resolution in this matter would be the prompt return of my items which should not be that complicated. I wish I didn't have to file this complaint but felt I had no other recourse.

    On 12/30/23 I placed an online order through PC ************* for a product and paid extra to have same day delivery because their website stated that it was available for this particular product. I ordered and shortly received a voicemail stating that there were no units available so I called to find out what was going on. ******* mentioned he'd make a few calls to see if any other stores had the product available and called me back afterwards stating he found a store and ordered it for same day delivery. Shortly after the call I get another phone call from the delivery company *** stating there were no drivers in my area and it would be delivered on 12/31/23 between 10am - 2pm. I called the delivery company at 3:30pm on 12/31 to get an update on the shipping and they mentioned it would now be arriving on Tuesday 1/2/24 and that I should've 'gotten a message' which I never received informing me of the update. Now more upset I requested to speak with a supervisor which the *** representative never got me on with and eventually hung up the phone on me which is completely unprofessional which is why I'd like to find out who the employee who displayed such unprofessionalism. I also like to find out why they lie to their customers in regards to estimated delivery times. I would've simply went another route in regards to purchasing this product had I known the hassle I'd have to go through dealing with these people. The contact number for *** where I was hung up on is ************** and the representative again was extremely unprofessional. The company should be embarrassed to have someone like that working for them.
