    I gave them 1 star because I couldn't choose 0 stars. They are a 3rd party delivery service for *********** They accepted my delivery order for a 2nd floor deck placement of a patio door, but they refused to make the delivery to the 2nd floor when they arrived. They didn't speak English very well and made quite a few comments about me in Spanish, not realizing that I understood much of what they said. The driver wore flip flops and his pants sat halfway down his rear end. He repeatedly lied and refused for his crew to take the door unit upstairs. His supervisor ***** also lied repeatedly and told them not to make the delivery. They watched as my neighbors and I struggled to carry the 230lb unit up the stairs. I reported it to *********** and the manager there said that this company was supposed to deliver the unit to the 2nd floor as requested clearly in writing. For the record, ********** refunded the delivery money to me and then some.

    I ordered a ping pong table from ****'s Sporting Goods. AIT was assigned the job to deliver. They were a no show on the delivery date that they scheduled, and won't give me a delivery date on the item that I already paid for. They said yesterday, 2 times they would call me back with a date. Never called. They won't call me back and have HUNG UP on me 4 times today. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. I will never order from ****'s Sporting Goods again. No wonder Amazon is doing so well.
