    This company(aka Meridian Appliances Repairs) was contracted through my homeowner insurance company and is horrible. He was initially dispatched to fix my microwave and washing machine on January ******. He called on January 2nd and scheduled the appointment for January 3rd at 3:30pm, saying that although he had another job, hed let me know if he couldnt make it. On January 3rd I waited until our scheduled time and called him. It wasnt until I called that he told me he wasnt coming. Very unprofessional as I cleared my schedule since he hadnt said anything differently. He then scheduled me for Jan. 6th. When he came out, he fixed the microwave issue. As for the washing machine, he only changed the lent trap which allegedly fixed the issue. A couple weeks pass and the washing machine still had the same issue. The home warranty company dispatched him back out and when speaking with the company I learned he told them that on Jan. 6th, he stayed at my home for 6 hrs and fixed the timer on my washing machine. ******. He was there for 40 mins max! I filed a complaint with the warranty company because that was simply *********. Nevertheless, they sent him back because of the 30 day guarantee on the work he initially did. On 2/7/25 he came out and diagnosed that the washer need a new TRANSMISSION!! At this point I new he was milking the situation because first it was simply a need to change the lent trap, now the transmission! On 2/28/25, after the part arrived,he called me at 8:30pm trying to schedule an appointment for the next morning (so unprofessional and inconsiderate). I agree to an appointment the following week. When he came out on 3/8/25 and 3/10/25 to change the trans. He was very rude to me and off putting. He also left the old trans and told me to throw it out. He left my basement a mess and the hole was leaking water.I wouldnt hire this guy to pick up dog p***
