  Great Roofing did a complete tear-off and replacement of the roofing on my house. The company and the quality of their work were excellent. Every aspect of the project went well, from the initial contact to the final clean-up and inspection. From the very start, I had a high level of confidence. The Sales *** was knowledgeable and thorough, and the crew were highly-skilled and reliable.During the initial inspection, the Sales *** explained all that would be done. Through the entire process, communication was constant. All work was performed according to the timeline detailed by the ******************** even did an excellent job of cleaning up when the job was completed.Yes, I will recommend Great Roofing without hesitation.

  Received card in U.S. Mail for complimentary inspection. Called to removal name and address from mailing list. **** claimed inability to fulfill request as he had to no control over these mailings.

  I worked with Great Roofing LLC for a hail-damaged roof replacement and was very impressed, especially with owners **** and *********************. From start to finish, they displayed professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.**** and ****'s transparency was evident from our first meeting. They explained every step, the materials, and the timeline. Their team was punctual, efficient, and delivered high-quality workmanship.I also worked with Great Adjusting, associated with Great Roofing LLC. The coordination between them was seamless. Despite delays caused by Allstate, Great Adjustings team, including ***** Monday, showed exceptional diligence.This was a ***** contrast to my frustration with Allstate. After my roof sustained hail damage, Allstate disagreed that the roof was too old to repair and fought us hard. Initially, they denied the claim, then offered a meager amount, and finally settled to avoid a lawsuit. The reparability tests by Great Roofing, accredited by InterNACHI and ASTM, documented the damage, yet Allstate delayed the process.**** and **** made the insurance claim process seamless. Their detailed documentation and estimates facilitated quicker approval. Their proactive approach ensured every aspect of the roof replacement was covered, saving me time, money, and stress. Moreover, ********************* was extremely helpful post-repair, addressing minor concerns with the new roof and gutters.In summary, Great Roofing LLC turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend their services. Conversely, avoid Allstate for homeowner's insurance. They fought my claim at every step, making the process unnecessarily difficult. For peace of mind, change your homeowner insurance company.

  Great Roofing visited my home and asked if they could inspect my roof. After speaking with them I decided to give them permission and they found several areas of damage from hail and wind. I then move forward to having my insurance company come out to do their own inspection and they agreed to provide an estimate for repairs. After receiving the estimate it fell short of what was needed and required. Great Roofing step in and took charge with being my agent and delt with the insurance company entirely and after several inspections they finally agreed to replace my entire roof. If it wasn't for Great Roofing this would have never been accomplished. Their professionalism along with their knowledge / experience allow them to address all that was required and handled the insurance company completely leaving me stress free. My lack of knowledge and the ability to challenge my insurance company on roofing manners were saved by Great Roofing representing me through the whole process.From start to finish they performed in a professional manner by explaining each process and answer all my questions. They made sure that each day they cleaned up before leaving and gave up dates as to what to expect moving forward. They finished the project on time and walked me through the finished job to make sure to address any questions I had and made notes if there was areas that required additional attention. If you are looking for a full service company that protects its customers and works on their behalf Great Roofing is that company They truly understand what is needed and how to work with insurance companies.They work on your project with care and professionalism with the highest degree of trust created by informing you along the way of any and all issues and how they are addressed.
