    Budget right handyman was referred bonus by **********. The needed the subfloor in the living room to be level with the subfloor in the dining room. They charged 4.5k and leveled the floor to the hallway. We didn't ask them to level to the hall because carpet was remaining. The sub floor is soft and bouncy that they laid, ***** their ******* even said so and said he would report to project manager **** however we have been left with new soft subfloor and the old subfloor isn't even screwed into place adequately. Needless to say we can't have out I've paid and this company refuse to take accountability.

    We have been in contact with this customer on numerous occasions.   The problem is it was pointed out to the husband that we were going to level it to the sub floor and he okayed it.   I was there personally and pointed out to him exactly what we were doing and he gave his approval.  His wife then became involved as she wanted to work with another contractor and he then promply threw us under the bus.   - **** D. *****, Budget Right

    I was taken advantage of by this company with fraudulent work and labor. This company claimed to have spent 4 hours completing work in my home. It was 2. The contractor in question was done with the work after 2 hours. And this was confirmed during her call with her boss (was in speaker phone). During their discussion, her boss informed her (the contractor) that I (consumer) had prepaid for 2 hours of service. And told her to make sure that she extended the work for at least 2 additional hours on top of my prepaid amount to bill me for at least 4 hours total. It was a short job that she completed after the 2 hours and then once the two hours hit, proceeded to undo the work that shed completed and redo it. They are now billing me for the 2 frauded hours that the companys boss demanded the contractor add before leaving my home. And there is a lien they are trying to put on my property. This company engaged in fraudulent activity with me and I would like them to stop harassing and threatening me with a lien. This may need to involve an investigation from the City, ************************ etc.
