  Dishwasher installed 12/15/23. Technician was on time, courteous knowledgeable and explained what work he was doing. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the job took too long. I expected 2 to 2 1/2 hours but it actually went 4 hours :(Other than the extended time, I was very pleased. I'll consider them for future work.

  We had an extremely negative experience with this company in April 2023. The service technician was 45 minutes late for the initial appointment. He stayed only for 15 minutes, without performing any measurements and without discussing any project details. Two days later, we received an estimate that was 10 times larger than what was initial quoted to us, based on the photos we had submitted. This was not worth a $99 pre-payment for the initial appointment. When I emailed the company **** ******************** regarding those issues, the conversation quickly deteriorated into personal insults, including that as a woman, I was "ridiculous," that I should just talk to my husband first, and, when my husband supported me, ************** emailed that my husband doesn't have "balls." ************** also threatened us with a legal restraining order so that we do not complain anymore. All this in response to a polite email pointing out that the technician was late, did not do measurements, and the estimate was grossly excessive. It is a shame such a business exists in ********.

  The fact that this individual was a woman had zero bering on my response to her ridiculous email attacking me personally as "unprofessional" when the only interaction that I had with her up to that point was sending back a professional proposal within 48 hours of my estimator meeting with her. (she was not in communication with my estimator during the estimators meeting) Her personal attacks, to what ammounted to an estimate, along with her husbands obsessive compulsive email burst threatening me were the catatlist of what prompted me to threaten a restraining order. At this point I will look into this becoming a matter for the legal authorities.

  ***************************** was great! They arrived early and made the necessary adjustments to my shower rod to ensure it fit properly in place. **** also installed three back porch blinds taking about 15 minutes for each. All three tasks were done in under 2.5 hours. Will definitely reach out to Budget Right Handyman for my future projects. Thank you.

  I have used this company for several years and was very pleased with the work that *********************** did at my home recently. ***** was well prepared, took a look at the problems and managed to repair the two items on my list within an hour, which included a trip to the ********** near me. ***** was very friendly and very kind, especially with my 2 doggies. He is extremely competent and didn't waste any time making the repairs. I highly recommend Budget Right Handyman, and ***** in particular.***** replaced a valve that was causing a toilet to continuously run and also installed some closet supports in the main closet.

  Outstanding service and professionalism. ***** was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Great place to do business. **** was also very professional and courteous to deal with.

  Very impressed with this company. Had them install outdoor tiles on my balcony. The project coordinator ******* was awesome and the handyman ******* was very meticulous and did great work. Will definitely hire them again.

  **** was over to do some handyman type work as we move into our new condo and **** was assigned to change and install new dead-bolt locks and a door latch. And as we found more stuff that needed to be done in the condo we found **** fully capable of meeting the needs. **** is a hard worker; conscientious; great communicator; very focused on doing a good job; asks questions to understand what we want, and presents a pleasant demeanor. I hope that **** is available to do the stuff that comes up as we make this house into our home. Thank you **** for being who you are. *********************
