      Avoid, avoid, run for the hills. I drove an hour to Grainger in **** Washington to buy an electric motor. Got home and bench tested and it smoked. Grainger sent another. It smoked and burst into flames Grainger sent a 3rd and it groaned and would not turn over. Called Grainger and they transferred me to a tech support person with no technical education who claimed it was an "application error' because he did not know what a bench test was. When I tried to explain he hung up on me. Drove back to **** and it took 45 minutes to return the motors because the clerk did not know how to process returns. This is not your father's Grainger with knowledgeable people and quality merchandise. This is a bunch of untrained people selling garbage.

      Purchased a electric motor, was promised delivery today and know they say 3 more days. I purchased because of the timeline, needed today as they promised. They are about 90 miles away. If I owned it I would have delivered to meet the deadline agreed on. They had done this before, thought things might be different, but same s#@$.
