  I recently had Chicago Window Guys install three casement windows, a three-panel slider, and a custom three-panel slider with a double-wide sliding door and retractable screen. The installation quality was excellent, and everything works perfectly. The installers were very professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. The installation was initially quoted for October but ended up being pushed to January due to a supplier issue with our custom door. Despite this, the company kept us informed throughout the process. The actual installation took a full working day, as expected. Communication was clear, and **** was very responsive to our needs. Although one of the doors was installed improperly, leading to a leaky ceiling in the room below, **** and his team were quick to address the issue. They identified and resolved the problem efficiently and covered the cost for our contractor to repair the damaged drywall. While no one wants to deal with a leaky ceiling after an install, their prompt resolution reduced the issue to nothing more than a blip. Overall, we are highly satisfied and expect to bring **** and his team back to replace the rest of our windows in the next 6-12 months. We have also recommended his team to our neighbors and have received many compliments on the custom double-slider. Thanks, Chicago Window Guys!

  We had been in the market for new windows on the back of our house for some time but just had not made a decision due to the number of windows, the cost and indecisiveness in design. When a Rogue Golf Ball shattered one of our windows we were forced to make a decision. We contacted The Chicago Window Guys after seeing the spectacular work they did for my Neighbors home. I was connected with **** who present us with a lot of options but made it very easy to make a decision with out being overwhelmed. The area of our house which we had re-windowed was very odd as it was 2 stories of 10 sliding glass doors in the 4 season room (5 on top and 5 on the bottom) installed by the original owner. **** presented us with some great options. Once we came to a decision the work was scheduled and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. **** was always available to answer questions, the gentleman that measured the windows was on time, speedy and had a great customer service persona. The guys installing were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have more windows to replace and will be calling Chicago Window guys when that time comes. We also decided to have them do some of my other doors and will use them for many other projects in the future. I even told all my neighbors how good the work was. Several neighbors have since had them do work on their home as well. Besides the windows which we love we also had a back door replaced. Our 4 season room is no longer cold and drafty in the winter and we are so happy for the work. We have held several family functions in this room including a large Thanksgiving and Christmas gathering which we would have never been able to do previously. Thank you Chicago Window Guys!

  Mark's presentation, proposal and pricing was very straightforward. Beata's customer service was very good. Two guys installed 16 windows in one day. The windows look great.

  We live in a bungalow that is nearly 100 years old - and has many of the original single pane windows. On the recommendation of a friend, we asked Chicago Window Guys to provide a consult and estimate on several windows. We appreciated the transparency of the sales rep during the quote process. He was thorough and honest, and had some creative ideas for a new kitchen window. We felt the pricing was very fair. We especially like that each window is custom built in their own warehouse. The time from project sign off to installation was relatively fast - I want to say under six weeks. Install was very smooth. We've been through every season with our new windows, and seen the payoff in lower heating and energy bills. The house stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We didn't even need to install all the ** units last summer! (The fact that we can walk through the room without the window panes rattling is a major plus, too.)We have several more windows we want to replace, and when we do, we will definitely call Chicago Window Guys again.

  The Chicago Window Guys replaced 15 drafty, foggy cheap 30 year old aluminum frame windows for us in the late spring of 2023. We are thrilled to report now, in late February 2024, that the new windows have been outstanding. Our overall comfort level has improved, we no longer have any frost on the windows, no drafts and our heating (and summer cooling) bills have decreased dramatically! We originally shopped around and received some outrageous quotes by the big three. We then decided to contact **** at ****, as we've heard their ads over the years on the Score. What they advertise is true! **** provided us with a full explanation of the window features, the timeline for manufacturing, the installation process and of course, pricing that could not be beat! Our installer was professional with attention to detail and had a obvious pride of workmanship, which made a huge impression on us. Afterwards the property was cleaned up, inside and out, as if no work was ever done. As a unexpected bonus, the windows were manufactured and installed a couple weeks earlier than we expected! Needless to say we highly recommend CWG's. Thanks again, **** and crew!

  I had all of my windows replaced and **** did a fantastic job explaining how it will go. Their windows are of great quality. They are made here in ******** which is very important to me. The price blew the competition out of the water. Installation went great. The guys really did a nice job. My house is much more quieter and my heating and cooling bill went down. I highly recommend this company.

  Great owners and great employees. The whole crew is so professional and nice. They installed the windows, doors and skylight for the >3000 house in total of 2 days time. They are so organized. It is mesmerizing to see the whole crew taking down the old windows and doors and installing the new olds in such a orderly manner and quickly and nicely done. Just texted **** to let him know of a small issue with the sliding door lock. Within an hour, within less than an hour, we get an text from their office to confirm their crew is in the area and stop by within an hour to fix the lock. What are customer service!!! I can't imagine of going with this process with other companies, big or small. You can top this service.We are very happy with the windows and doors and happy with the company's service!

  My review is focusing on the quality of the installation and products. I had 3 sliding doors and 2 windows installed in March, all done within one day. I was able to experience below freezing temperatures, birds/critters accidentally hitting the doors (they were safe and left), and various storms since. My experience with the doors and windows has been great (not a source of heat loss in the winter anymore compared to my old ones), they were installed very well despite a reinstallation on one door and the quality has been great so far.As I mentioned, I did have one issue where I noticed one of the doors had a spacer defect and I received a replacement promptly. However, that replacement was the wrong type of sliding door (had metal spacers) and I had to receive another replacement after. The installation went well on both accounts.One note, if you are interested in the federal tax credits for replacement windows and doors, there are new (stricter) Energy Star guidelines to consider after October 23, 2023.

  Couldnt be happier with service and product from The Chicago Window Guy. After a terrible experience with another company, ******* came to my home, provided a fair and reasonable quotation, and even waived down payment because of my previous experience with the other company. Delivery was estimated at 5 weeks; delivery and installation in 3 weeks!
