      On 8/16/23 a technician from Precision garage door came to my home and assessed my garage. He took measurements, gave quotes for garage door, opener, rails and labor. The price came to **** or so and half was required to book the service and order required parts. I paid ******* on 8/16/23. 9/21/23 two technicians came to complete the installation, two hours into the job. I received a call stating the opener couldnt be installed. The technicians installed the door and rails before they noticed they couldnt install the opener. I talked with the office and they stated their technician failed to measure the center of garage. They sent some one out **** on 9/26/23, he took measurements and said it can be done. They will provide materials and upgrade my garage door opener for my inconvenience. I contacted **** 10/20/23 for an update. He stated the ordered parts came in broken and need to be reordered. I contacted their main office and I can get in touch with management or anyone who can resolve my issue.

      In reference to *****'s concern, when we put up the custom color door (which is a special order door due to the bronze color she chose and being 6-8 weeks for delivery) after we put the door up we noticed that there was some scratches in the door that came from our manufacturer which we pointed out. We did not collect the balance due to the scratches. We did order a new section for her that day and informed her it would be 6-8 weeks for deliver because of the custom color. Which we received the section today 11/15.

      We spoke with ***** yesterday 11/15 and sent her and email stating these facts. We also told her we would contact her today to schedule a time for installation.
