      Quick response. Courteous and efficient. **** was extremely helpful in every way. I am looking forward to my beautiful new garage doors. Precision was recommended by a good friend and I will recommend them, too.

      not a good experience I have my garage door not going up an down right I paid the to fix it and still not working right at end of the job he was unprofessional and had attitude with me

      Appointment was made, technician (*****) called before arrival with accurate timing and within the window originally booked, clear and concise directions as to what was wrong with garage door opener, had part on hand to replace and efficiently finish the job, courtesy was top notch and made sure I didnt have any questions unanswered.

      I had a garage spring break at 11pm, I made a call at 9am the next morning and **** and ****** were at the house by 1pm. I couldn't have asked for better service. Communication was top notch from scheduling the appt to a "Heads up" call they were on the way. They walked me through each step of the process, while making me aware of potential trouble spots and things that *** cause issue in the future. I felt no pressure to have additional work done, but with **** and ******** professional opinions in mind, I did and was very pleased at how affordable the work was and the quality of the work they performed. In this day in age, we need more companies like Precision (and more specialized technicians like **** and ******) who not only understand what it takes to maintain customer loyalty but also perform their jobs in a way that commands it.Any and all personal referrals are going the Precision route! Job well done, Thank you! DSA

      We had a 5 month-old Precision-installed garage door opener malfunction. They responded within 4 hours of our call and totally replaced it under the 5 year warranty. The technician was very professional and we strongly recommend Precision to any future customer.
