    on 7/6/2023 Autobox express towed a 2016 *** M6 damaging the vehicles carbon fiber roof. auto box express originally denied the damage and would not claim responsibility, after several attempts to call, voice messages, emails which were all ignored a month later autobox express finally provided us with their insurance claim information. Vehicle was inspected on 8/11/2023 and a repair amount was agreed upon with the insurance company. After repairs have been completed on 11/09/2023 we made several attempts to collect payment from autobox express which all have been ignored after our 5th attempt autobox express said they will only be covering a portion of the amount they owe. autobox express is not a insurance company but a transporting buisness with no ground to override what a insurance company has agreed to pay

    Incident happened on Sept 26th 2023. They delivered a vehicle to me and damaged it in transit. They refuse to acknowledge they caused it despite their own drivers before and after pictures showing the damage upon delivery. The driver then concealed the ****** when we signed it we didn't know it was the *** acknowledging delivery damages. Since it was dusk we did not see any damages until the next morning and immediately reported it. We paid $2200 to have it delivered, **** of it was directly to the driver. I have called them 7 times and emailed countless times and they will not call me back and hide behind the email simply stating they deny the claim because i did not notate the *** at delivery. Their deductible is $10K and repairs are $8,300.00 per the 1 estimate I got from my dealers repair shop. Their insurance company agrees they are at fault but because the deductible is over the repair bill, their insurance *** said they cant do anything. The shipping broker (GT Auto) has also acknowledged and agreed Autobox is at fault but Autobox just keeps denying responsibility and wont return my calls.ORDER ID from the broker is listed as ****

    This business damaged a vehicle of mine in transit a month ago. It was brought to their attention immediately and they've refused to cover the damages thus far. Several calls to their claims department has resulted in no resolution. Several calls to the broker who hired them has resulted in no resolution. The damages have been estimated at nearly $10,000 and they continue to ignore me.
