    Disappointing Experience with AutoBox Express I had an unfortunate encounter with AutoBox Express. I trusted them to transport my customer's 2021 *********Benz ******** but the process was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.The driver's lack of updates left me unaware of the shipment status.The delivery revealed DAMAGE absent during pickup, confirmed by inspection photos. *************************** estimated repairs at $8245.86.Their response to the claim was frustrating. Despite claims of being a Highly decorated ********certified carrier," AutoBox Express lacked flexibility. A $10,000 cargo insurance deductible rendered the claim nearly useless.Attempts to engage them for resolution were met with silence, showing a lack of accountability and care.My AutoBox Express experience was unsatisfactory. They lacked professionalism, communication, and accountability. I hope this feedback pushes them to improve.AutoBox Express, your actions cast doubt on reliability and integrity.
