      We were visited by a Bath Planet of Ft. ***** , ******* . The ***** name was ***** ******* . He explained the pricing of the project . However upon receiving the PURCHASE AGREEMENT PAGE IT did not correspond with the actual contract . He ***** ******* had us believing the the Contract was with ********************* . The agreement was for a deposit of $ ******* and payments of $ ****** per month for a total of 60 months with NO interest. We were totally surprised to learn a company by the name of ******************************* was now financing our bathroom remodeling project for ONLY 24 MONTHS NO INTEREST . I called them to explain that our understanding was for the 60 months no interest . I called Bath planet and ***** ******* , Bath planet responded to my call , but the rep. ******* would not return our calls . They did a completely poor job of installing our new bathtub and shower and had to return to our home to complete fixing the mess they caused. Upon using the shower and bathtub we learned they never contacted the tub with the drain and water was running into the crawl space below. The glass doors were not installed correctly. I have currently filed a complaint with *****The installers were completely incompetent which means Not having the necessary skills for doing something successfully.

      If I could put 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this company. For 12K I got a quick and lazy install. Had to have someone come back to fix caulking which was hanging and missing caulking on areas altogether! I also requested no holes be made into the sides as we were installing a sliding glass door ourselves, but they ignored this request and now I have holes in both sides. I have now called them again because I have a leak coming from the shower into the basement! Haven't heard back from them yet on ********** work for such an expensive investment.

      I do not now what kind of caulking they use but it is speckled with mold I can't get rid of. Had them here once but it didn't help the situation. They said if they come here again they going to charge us.

      These People Are WORSE Then a Debt Collector. They call 5 to 6 times a day with different BATH PLANET NUMBERS..I have blocked over diff 23 numbers in 5 days...I've written a few times to tell them to stop calling but they Won't Stop.

      Please don't use Bath Planet. For starters, they sent the installer out with the wrong size tub. We were without use of Our bathroom for two weeks because of this error. Now that the bathroom is remodeled there is mold and mildew growing in the caulking that they used and the tub squeaks. I have been trying to contact this company and I can never get someone on the phone. We paid over 10 K for this remodel, which we feel was overpriced, I have contacted everyone that I had a number for and none of those people work for that company anymore. they offer a lifetime warranty that can't be used until you're able to talk to someone. Don't believe the lies.

      Not very good, poor work and very poor service, especially when dealing with service manager. They came back out to make some repairs and to recaulk some areas. Still not the best work and I received an email after the installer left thanking me for a review I didn't do. Definitely not worth the mon...

      I filled out a contact form for an advertisement. I was not able to respond right away and they called me seven times in one day. Also texted multiple times. I asked that they stopped texting and calling via text and phone. They continue to call me, even though I have started blocking their numbers. This is a horrible spam flag for me.

      Paid over $19,000 for a professionally installed, high quality walk-in shower to replace our tub.. Received a poorly installed, low quality shower that compares to a big box shower kit that sells for for Less than $5,000. Two of three walls had to be replaced due to poor installation, and sewer pipes had to be reconnected after discovering that the pipe had fallen off the shower in the crawl space due to improper plumbing installation. Overseas of glue resulted in inability to paint walls. Knows on glass doors have fallen off and do not tighten.

      I received a quote from these people on June 20th, a salesman named ***** came to my house. After looking at the tub area he proceeded to give a spiel about all the plusses of his company. I thanked him and told I appreciated him coming out. He told me "I can't support my family on appreciation". I was surprised he would say that. Then he had the gall to tell me " You really need this because you don't take showers!" Are you kidding me, what a rude and lazy man, he didn't come to the front door and he wanted to go out the back because it was closer to his car. Since June 20th I have received four to six calls per day. I have blocked their number and have spoken to them once and advised them I am retaining an attorney if the calls don't stop. The first number they used was from *************** now they switched to a different number still in ***************, with the last four numbers different. I am elderly and handicapped and I want this to stop. Please be aware when using this company. I would give no stars if that was an option.

      We talked with Bath Planet (Leaf Home Bath) and had our contract done on June 28th and we had a Sales person come on July 5th and did an Addendum for lower price and also did new credit card offer. The Sales person told us that we would receive a call in 3 days. But so far no calls/ no messages/no emails. I tried calling the Local Kansas city number and the call is transferred to Chicago office and the people are so rude and they are not able to provide any details regarding my contract or they don't share phone number of local office or any contact person details - stating it is privacy. She doesn't have answers for any of my basic questions - about my contract and Installation. I have already paid advance and am stuck. I would like BBB to resolve this issue so I am able to cancel the contract and get my money back.
