    Transparent people and truly a great experience with ***** *. The dealership was very nice and professional they worked with me on my budget and really cared about getting me the best deal. Will be buying my next car from here again!

    Tommy and Dan were great! Sold us two vehicles trading in and followed through on everything. Definitely will be doing business again with them when my leases are up!

    My whole purchase experience was very smooth thanks to Tommy Nick and Dan. Typically I don’t like going to dealerships and I had my guard up at first but Tommy did a great job giving me the info I needed and made me feel very comfortable almost like we were best friends. I will be buying my next car from McGrath without a doubt

    I just came in this past Saturday to trade my car in for an MDX Tommy and Dan Radulski made the entire process so simple for me. We came to an agreement on numbers over the phone with them not pushing any sort of crazy extra stuff. They gave me a great deal and such amazing customer service, I came back the following monday and traded in my Toyota for a new RDX because Tommy and Dan made things so easy and followed up with me constantly making sure I was completely satisfied. Go see Tommy and Dan!

    I just want to start off by saying that this was one of the best car buying experiences that I’ve had ever. No pushy sales tactics and great customer service. My sales person Andre was very knowledgeable about the MDX that I bought and the process was super smooth! Totally recommend!

    I went to Libertyville Acura knowing what I wanted. Working with Kyle Jones on selecting my car and finishing my purchase was great! Kyle was knowledgeable and made experience very smooth. I would highly recommend Kyle and Acura of Libertyville.

    First of all we would like to thank ************************* for his great help. Also we would like to thank ***********************. They were both very helpful in an issue that came up with a vehicle my wife had purchased last year. She bought a 2018 RDX that came up with a recall issue recently and the part is not available. **** which is the general manager was very helpful in coming up with a resolution to this issue. **** was very personable and helpful. We would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this wonderful dealership.

    My recent visit left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Just one more Shady Dealerships, Dont let the Acura name and location fool you; they act the same as a used car dealership in *******.During my visit, I encountered some shady practices that left me questioning the integrity of your dealership. The false advertisement they said the card was certified, but when I got there, they told me I had to pay $2k more for the certification and 1K more for the paint protection. Basically, they wanted 3K on top of the advertised price. When you get there, they will get mad if you want to remove that BS and give you what they advertise. After I fought that and 4hr lost. They removed the certification from the car and gave me some credit. When I thought the fight was over, they kept trying to sell me a shady warranty during the finance. I to find out that the car that they suppose check 180 points was not balanced and had two new and two original tires, and in the parking lot, when I was leaving, they told me that they had only one key. (a so-called Acura dealer couldnt make a copy of a two-year-old car.)As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty when conducting business with an Acura dealership. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of this standard. The vendor was friendly, but his job was only to show you the car; the rest of the people there were rude and aggressive.I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and work to improve the practices at your dealership. As a potential customer, I would like to see changes that prioritize transparency and integrity.Thank you for your time.
