      I ordered one item March 30th. Received acknowledgment from them. My purchase was pending for weeks, however, so tried communication via telephone and e-mail. They never responded, I assumed I would not be getting what I ordered. Last week I received an email that my order had shipped & due to arrive today. Poor service is an understatement.

      I have done business with this company for years...but never had a company secretly file bankruptcy. then noted that my order was hurriedly sent out before bankruptcy but wasn't so they could still charge me..I have tried repeatedly to call and email them.this is right. I can't even get them to cancel my order!!!!

      Company has a scam going. I recieved half an order in March and have been trying to reach customer svc for weeks to no avail. Online is down, phone number is useless also !
