      I ordered a bra from this company that didn't fit me I returned the bra to the company and paid to have it shipped back to them I keep getting harassing phone calls and letters telling me my payment is due? I have tried to explain to three different people at this company that I sent the bra back and I am not paying for it nor any other charges!

      I ordered two shirts and a pajama set in ****** I never received them. I have sent numerous emails telling them this and just get canned responses that they're busier than usual and will get back to me. I can't get through to a live person on the phone. I sent them a letter dated 5/22/23 with a copy of the $76.44 that was deducted from my checking account (debit card) and they still don't get back to me with a refund or the clothes. I never had a business refuse to reimburse me or not ever answer my complaint like this before. I've been ************** off," it seems. They don't care.I don't know how to upload the document. I do have a copy of the letter I sent to **************** at **********************.

      I ordered a packaged set of three 6 power reading glasses for my mother, who at that time was 101, out of a mail order catalog. (Since then my mother has died.) I received an invoice from AmeriMark Premier asking me for $36.19 in payment. The invoice had a field for me to fill in "ammount paid." I took this to mean they would accept partial payment. So I immediately paid $20, more than half of the total amount. A few days later I received from AmeriMark Premier another invoice, saying they were adding a $20 "late fee." I objected to this in writing as constituting an improper business practice, and that my payment was not late. A week or so later they sent me another invoice, that said: "Please pay $16.19 to bring your account current." Documentation of this can be provided if you need it. The very next day, I mailed a check for $16.19. Check number ****, dated 5/5/23. The deposited check was posted to my credit union account on 5/10/23. I expected that this would fulfill my entire financial obligation. But a few days later I received another invoice asking me to pay the fraudulent $20 they arbitrarily added to my account. I also received a phone call from them requesting that I pay the $20. I said that charge was not valid.

      I tried to pay my bill which is less than ****** when I call the automated. Service it says I owe 320 or more. I do not owe 320 and I pay my bill every month it takes them a very long time to deduct and when they do my card be locked. I want them to correct the amount. My account number is *************.       Placed two orders with *********************** and have tried to return product twice and all shipments come back that they are out of business. Attached proof of shipment and *** returned and returning product back since they are not open.They claim no responsibility on why their location shows closed. need credit for 4 garments.

      On March 20, 2023, I purchased a Big Red Tomato Kit, item number ******, from *******************. I was told that the item was on back order and would arrive on May 5, 2023. When the item did not arrive, I contacted customer service to request a refund. I was placed on hold and then the call disconnected. I wrote a letter to the merchant, but have not received a response. At this point, I have not received the merchandise or my money back. I would like my money back.

      This company: *********************** has fraudulently added me as a Loyalty member and I am being charged $14.95 for some kind of mysterious fees. I have spoken to them numerous times over the past few months to try and clear this up. The company gives me the run around and tells me call this number or that number. I am getting frustrated, because they are billing me for this amount on a store credit account and it is going to affect my credit. I have been assured numerous times that this charge will be removed and that they will cancel all catalogs and stop writing me. I want nothing to do with this company and their wasteful catalogs and overpriced products. Their catalogs present the items is a deceptive way. They are charging excessive amount for shipping and also adding insurance as an extra excessive charge. They are hard to reach and claim to take care of the situation, but it is never resolved. Today, I was reassured that the amount would be cleared, but then the clerk told me to wait for a call back to confirm that the cancellation was going to be processed. I just want this to end. I cannot reach anyone who can cancel this once and for all and they are wasting my time.

      I ordered a plaid flannel lounge dress I received it and it was way too big I sent it back with a note saying it was too big. I never heard back from them I have called and emailed multiple times with no response
