      This company handles my *** accounts and they have done a terrible job. Dealing with them is a nightmare. I had medical expenses to deal with and they gave me incorrect information on how to manage them. This led to funds coming out of incorrect accounts. To solve the issue they first needed to got through all of our phone records and listen to all of the phone calls to ensure that they gave me incorrect information. For them to not be able to find my phone calls. Does this seem like a company managed benefit or a trial to fight for money you have already earned... it is interesting too since if these funds do not get used, who gets to keep this money.... or right Alight.... FRAUD. Countless hours on the phone, sitting on hold for no one to answer and be disconnected once the call center closes. No one speaks English well here and are very difficult to talk to. Managers have never called back about claim status even thought they say they will. Following up takes at least 3 hours to get in touch with someone who knows what they are talking about. To get the situation rectified, I had to engage my out companies internal benefits teams to deal with them. They made this difficult as well too. It was the threat of legal action that resolved the situation in a day. AMAZING. Why is the healthcare system broken.... it is companies like this.

      As we speak, I have a problem with this company. My case is STUCK on document review. From the start of my application, I supplied documents from *************** as well as documents to support my decision to cancel my trip. What other documents could they possibly want in order to make a decision. Aon has sent me letters only to extend there response time. I am so frustrated!!

      Listen, if I would have review last week I'd have given it a 1, because it seemed as this company needs to communicate better with clients. However ******, listened to me each time I called, followed up with calls when she said she would. I filed my claim Aug 7, got final email on the remaining today Sept 27. It takes longer than you'd wish but if you have proper paperwork and a good *** like her you will be reimbursed. Good luck.

      Filed a claim because we had to cancel our cruise, do to airline issues and we would not make it in time before ship sailed. They are a complete fraud and found every excuse why they will not cover the cancellation and our claim. There guidelines say that what are claim entitled was covered. We have been going back and forth for over 2 months. We had all documents they needed and followed all rules they asked. All to end with the same excuse, they will not cover our cancellation. Never again will I ever work with this company again.

      NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I purchased the insurance for a NCL European cruise for our 45 yr anniversary. My wife has fallen several times and we realized we couldn't make the trip so we cancelled. They refunded only 1/2 of the money saying her injury was "pre-existing" injury. HOW IS THIS PRE-EXISTING? This company steals your money. They still owe me close to $4,500. They won't even return my calls. Absolutely terrible. SHAM, THIEF.

      I purchased AON **************** for a cruise. While on the cruise, I got sick, so I went to the clinic on the ship and asked to see the doctor. Twice I was told that my respiratory infection was not serious enough for the doctor to see me. I was given medications. I saw my doctor immediately after arriving home. AON has denied my claim as I didn't see a doctor for my medications. WHAT A SHAM!

      Would give a 0. Poor communication. Paid nothing on claim for cruise I missed because I was in the hospital for necessary procedure. Said it was because my condition was pre-existing. It didn't matter that it intensified and worsened to point I couldn't make trip. Do not waste your money with these people. Didn't even communicate their denial to me. Had to call them.

      Worst experience dealing with a broker. It took over two months and multiple phone calls to have my policy cancelled. The only reason I knew it was not cancelled was because I kept receiving mail from the company I was insured through. When I spoke with AON about the matter, each representative I spoke told me it was cancelled and I was not required to do anything. I found out in the last call that I was actually required to submit a cancellation form which the other 5 representatives did not tell me. Even after this was completed I still had to follow up to ensure the insurance company received my cancellation. They don't care to listen to the customer, they do their best to get you off the phone as fast as they can, so I assume, they can sit at home and do nothing with their time.

      I'm in a long list of people that had an accident while on a cruise and even after sending the bill for medical services they want additional information and other insurance info. They wont talk with you over the phone while trying to drag it out. Not a credible company.
