We're very happy with our new windows. They are a beautiful upgrade from the 20 year old builder grade windows in our home. Service and communication were excellent through the entire process from scheduling a consultation to the installation and follow-up. The installers took great care of our home and property, inside and out. Would highly recommend.

5 starsWe had a wonderful experience with getting our windows replaced.This was the first company we called and we loved what they stood behind that we didn't bother getting anymore quotes. The fact that they offer a lifetime warranty and didn't seem to hide behind bells and whistles and cared about the quality of their product down to their installation and hiring their own professional installers was enough for us.The crew came to our house and was very professional and ready to work while being respectful. Our experience with Illinois Energy was first-class from start to finish. We had two kitchen windows, and a patio door installed. We have used Illinois Energy Windows and Siding twice in the past 4 years for windows and a door. They are awesome to work with. Everyone was great. Prompt and professional. They kept our house clean during and after their work. I recommend them to everyone. I just wanted to leave a note about how well the door installation went on May 7th. ***** did a wonderful job. The door looks great. He was very mindful about not making a mess and carefully cleaning up after he was done. I would be happy to have him again.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

We were hesitant at first to make such a huge purchase, but we realized that the warranty coverage was the best out there. We were told someone would come measure the door opening and then they would call when the door was ready to install. We never saw the measurement guy, he came when we weren't home and no one had notified us. We just received a call saying it was complete a month ahead of schedule (reason for 4 stars). I was a little apprehensive when they arrived as he was by himself. I didn't think one person could do all the heavy-lifting on his own, but he did and did a spectacular job on top of it! We had an ******** Door that was not installed properly and over time it was nearly impossible to open. the new door glides right open with very little pressure. ***** did a gorgeous job on the inside and outside trim. He did a miraculous job covering up the sloppy trim and caulk from the previous work. It looks so professional!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

The salesperson was very informative and made picking out our new door very easy! The installer took his time and went over everything with us!
