We chose to call Illinois Energy Windows for a quote on replacing 6 lower level windows after reading the customer reviews. They were very thorough in explaining the manufacture, warranty and installation of the windows. We also appreciated the lack of a hard sell. The installers were professional and the install took less than a day. They did not mind my asking questions and took the time to explain certain steps involved. We were impressed with how clean they left the site, inside and out. They even washed all the new windows. We would highly recommend Illinois Energy to anyone looking for quality window replacements.

Very professional, courteous and easy to work with. We were very pleased with the product and all aspects of the instillation from scheduling to their clean up. Had such a great experience with Illinois energy windows & siding. Prices are very competitive and more importantly, the quality of the product was fantastic. The installer was great and professional as well. We have a 9 opening overlooking a golf course. We inherited Pella doors but the seals were broken and had cold air and even some frost come underneath the door last Winter. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding did our install in December, its now mid-February, and our house is well insulated with the new doors. We have a beautiful view and the sleekness of the new doors has enhanced the view. Friends and family have asked if we had the opening enlarged because of the effect. The staff, from salesman to office staff to installers were great to work with. We love our new sliding patio door!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

Great experience from start to finish! They were quick to schedule initial consultation. Office staff very friendly and eager to help in any way. The workers were efficient, neat, and professional. The job was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows. We had them do our kitchen door a few years ago and were so pleased with the work and the door quality we had them do our window replacement. They also were always very quick to answer questions. From customer service to install, ******************************************************************** and ********************** are some of the best people to work with. **************** is responsive, keep you informed every step of the way and are some of the nicest people you will meet. The install team was fast and professional, cleaned everything up before leaving and had the project done in under 6 hours. The products they have are some of the highest quality I have ever seen. We had their sliding door installed and it is smooth like butter and sleek. Not bulky like other sliding doors. Overall the best bang for your *****Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.
