We purchased/installed windows from them about 5 years ago and when it was time to do the rest of the house we knew we wanted to use them again. Great windows, great quality, and staff on all ends have been wonderful!

Our experience with Illinois Energy was professional from beginning to end. It began with a presentation from our Sales Rep. ***** who explained everything to us in great detail. We then stopped by the showroom unannounced after our meeting and were treated with kindness and respect. We had our questions answered and one gentleman even went to the basement storage area to bring us a sample of our exact window. Everything that was promised was delivered and on time! The office staff including ****** were always courteous and professional. Our install took one day and the crew were very respectful of our home and tarped everything and cleaned up afterwards. We love the look of our new windows and we would definitely use Illinois Energy on our next project. Highly recommend!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

This is our 3rd experience with them, and I'm so glad that we went with them! The windows are really high quality, and they make sure they take care of you from start to finish. They always respond when I have questions. The biggest benefit is the quality of the product and the warranty. We were going to go with someone cheaper, and I'm so glad we didn't. Illinois Energy replaced all of the casement windows in our home with sliding windows including a 13' living room window. The office staff, estimator and installers were knowledgeable, professional and really explained the whole process and guided us through it. They kept us informed of the fabrication timeline, installation date and were on-time. Installers were professional, on time and meticulous in their cleanup. The new windows are beautiful, energy efficient (we can already see the change in our heating bill) and of high quality. Thank you for doing a superb job. Had a great experience from beginning to end! We signed the contract on the day we had our quote because we were sold! The guy we talked to was so easy to get along with and made the process seamless. The installer men were very professional and they were finished within 6 hours with just 2 guys, very impressive. There was a small problem after install but the office ladies I spoke with were so kind and understanding and had a service guy out within 24 hours of my phone call. We are amazed with the work and are so happy to have done business with Illinois energyIllinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

We are very pleased with our new front door system. We live in an HOA and our sales person made certain we found exactly the same door, matching colors and design.
