This firm is frauding it clients out of money due them a satatury limit to the client should be $2,500 not $500 I did not signe there settlement agreement and would never signed for anything that gives me less then the attorney its highway robbery they literly charge to much for to little actually i did most of my case work myself by calling CRM with them listening in on the converasation so they could stick it to them in a depo.I did not sign there stupid settlement agreement its not worth it as your being taxed on the $ they get the top amount not what you get witch is $500 bucks meaning your liable for the whole thing as far as a tax penalty just dont do it take the case elsewhere and get a better settlement. They want to settle quick so they could get money quick they dont care what you get penalized with. I decided to look them up on the internet to find many complaints on there firm. Dont be stupid if they are willing to settle for $3500 try to negotiate there stupid absobent fee. They want more then 1/3 of the settlement this is robbery no good attoney would want more then 1/3 of the settlement.Dont sign nothing and take what they give you to another law firm you be glad you did.

Handled my EEOC case and kept telling me I need to get the "right to **** and that they would gladly represent me in court. Then I did what they said and as soon as i got the right to sue ******* they dropped me and told me i needed to find a new attorney. I only had less than 3 months to do that and so of course i was not able to get another attorney. They even admitted that they didn't even contact a single witness i provided and then didn't even get a position statement from the opposing party or make sure that EEOC got one from them. I did all the work to file and everything with the eeoc and as soon as they got involved they accomplished nothing, i did better never working with them they cost me getting justice. If you are thinking of a law office to use please save yourself the trouble. I do not see how that is even legal to tell a client to do something and then when they do exactly what you "strongly recommend" and keep telling them to do you drop them and say good luck. Not to mention i had to constantly chase them to find out information and see what they were doing which turned out to be nothing anyway.

After obtaining their services, they said they would represent me with the ******************** but failed to update me or respond until the day before the deadline, and only after I had followed up with them on the employment matter they were supposed to represent me in. Furthermore, apart from causing me stress over this matter, they stated that unless I agreed to receive only $20,000 regardless of a contractual agreement where they would receive only forty percent they wouldn't represent me anymore. Therefore, due to the stress they caused, the ultimatum given, and their withdrawal from my case, I give them one star.

***************************** was unprofessional, rude, and defensive when I asked Qs re: the contract. If they experience with consumer law, I would hope they understand my trepidation in wanting to go over the contract thoroughly, but I guess not.I wanted to ensure that I wouldn't owe fees that exceeded the potential recovery amount. He told me that the defendant would be paying all the attorneys fees. This prompted me to ask a question about some language in the contract which read: "you also may be *********** have the other side pay your legal fees and costs if your case is successful." I asked him, how come it says "may be entitled" instead of "are entitled." He said, "some people don't have strong cases." And I said, "Yes, but if the case is successful then it's a strong case. So shouldn't this read as 'you ARE *********** have the other side pay your costs if successful'? And he said, "Actually yes, it should say that." I asked if they would be able to modify the contract to reflect that change in verbiage and he said the contract was non-negotiable. He said the company is great and I can look up their reviews. I searched for ************ Group and they didn't come up on ******* but that they came up on the BBB, and the two reviews on there were very bad but recent. He VERY RUDELY stated "Well you're just looking at a website that anyone can review and post anything on!" I tried to explain that ******** Law Group didn't even come up on ******* Before I could finish he cut me off and very rudely said "Well we are under Atlas Law Group." I told him I didn't appreciate his cutting me off and he replied "Well you are talking over me and never let me get a word in." Unprofessional. After signing the contract, it stipulates, "You will not make any complaints, blog entries, emails, letters, phone calls, etc. to anyone regarding the collector's conduct including the ************************ or BBB, unless agreed to in advance in writing with Us." ******* IMO.

    Dear ****************,

I hope this message finds you well. Firstly, I'd like to extend my deepest apologies for any discomfort or frustration you may have experienced during your conversation. Your concerns are of utmost importance to us, and I regret to hear that your recent interaction did not meet your expectations.  We discussed this exact issue in an email exchange today.

To clarify an essential point, you had spoken to a representative named ******** from our firm, but it was not Attorney *****************************. We understand that this can be a point of confusion given the similarity in first names.

Your feedback regarding the contract's wording and your concerns about potential fees is highly valued. The phrase "may be entitled" is a standard term used in many contracts, as it refers to a potential outcome rather than a guaranteed one. We do not and no firm should guarantee outcomes. However, I understand why you would want clearer language, especially regarding successful cases.

Concerning our online presence, I apologize for any confusion. We are Sulaiman Lae Group, *** and not Suleiman Law Group. Sulaiman Law Group, Ltd. has been doing business as ****************** since 2017 as prevalently displayed on our website which can easily be found at atlasconsumerlaw.com. I am not sure how you faced difficulty finding us directly on ****** even with the misspelling. We are continually working to improve our visibility and clarity for clients like yourself.

Lastly, I'd like to address the clause in the contract you highlighted. It is not uncommon for contracts to contain provisions related to public commentary to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all parties involved. When case settle confidentiality is generally requested by adversaries and as such we attempt to be ahead of that request. However, we are always open to receiving feedback and working to better our practices for our clients.

Again, I deeply regret the inconvenience and distress you may have experienced. We take your feedback seriously and are committed to ensuring that your future interactions with our firm are nothing short of professional and satisfying.

Firstly, I'd like to express my sincere apologies for any discomfort or frustration you experienced during our recent conversation. We value your concerns, and I'm genuinely saddened to learn that our interaction didn't align with your expectations, especially given our earlier email exchange on this topic.

I would like to offer some clarification. The representative you spoke with named ******** is indeed part of our team, but he is not Attorney *****************************. It's an unfortunate coincidence that they share the same first name, and I understand the confusion this may have caused.  ******** and ******** are among the most popular first names on the planet. I assure you, you did not speak or in any way connect with the Head of Litigation and Class Actions of ******************, Attorney ******************************

We appreciate your feedback concerning the wording of the contract. The term "may be entitled" is common in many contracts as it alludes to a possible outcome, not a guarantee. While no firm can promise specific results, we acknowledge your desire for clearer language in our agreements, especially in relation to positive case outcomes.

Regarding our online presence, my apologies for any oversight. Our firm is Sulaiman Law Group, Ltd. and we have been operating under the name ****************** since 2017 and not ******** Law Group as you referenced. *******, Sulaiman and ******** are also extremely common names hence the usage of ****************** since ********************************** ****. You can easily find comprehensive details on our website at atlasconsumerlaw.com. We continually strive to enhance our visibility to serve our clients better.

On the note of the specific clause in our contract, it's standard for such agreements to have provisions regarding public commentary. This ensures the privacy and confidentiality of all parties involved. Often, when cases settle, confidentiality is requested by adversaries, which is why we anticipate such requirements in our contracts. Nonetheless, we always welcome feedback, as it helps us refine our approach to best serve our clients.

Once more, I am genuinely sorry for any inconvenience or distress you encountered. Please know that your feedback is taken to heart, and we're dedicated to making your future interactions with us both professional and pleasant.

Warmly, ******************, A division of Sulaiman Law Group, Ltd.

It sounded good in the beginning, so I signed on. HOWEVER, what you won't get told is that (for instance) they will get $3300 and you will get $500-well, supposedly you'll get the money. they got paid a while ago , yet I'm still waiting...waiting...waiting to receive my check for the teeny bit I'm owed.... Then, (if your lucky) the creditor will leave you alone...tho that hasn't happened for me yet either. Good luck on yours. This experience takes me back to my parents opinions of attorneys. Not a good opinion. Look elsewhere is my suggestion- and pray for me please...that they actually release my little 1/8th of money that I'm supposed to get
